And now like Staples they are discriminating, seating those without a passport to sit in another section.

AFM - that is NOT discrimination. Discriminatory practices involve characteristics such as race or ethnicity that are an inherent quality of the individuals being discriminated against (i.e. they were born that way). You have a choice whether or not to be vaccinated and a business can choose to deny you services because of your choice.
However, you may still have a legal argument based on the fact that, while you have chosen not to get vaccinated, you made that choice because you are an asshole. If you can prove that you were born that way, and that being an asshole is not a choice for you, perhaps you can win a discrimination law suit.
