Funny cartoon. I laughed pretty good, because some people really are so freaking worried what others think about them.

Before being fully vaccinated, I wore a mask because I did not want to get COVID (I'm over 60, so for me, it's no joke).

Now that I am vaccinated, I only wear the mask when I have to, like at the grocery store or other public place that requires it.

Neither decision had anything to do with trying to prove anything to anyone.

But like I said, funny cartoon. Thanks for the chuckle.

Good point, optics are everything
Its funny how a lot of those who were demanding you trust *the science*
are now skeptical of it
A few weeks a ago removing mask mandates was Neanderthal thought
Also interesting how the new guidelines were broke out of the blue
during a terrible string of news events for this administration
e.g. inflation, terrible job report & gas shortages

^^^

Politics played a role in the decision.... can't be.

Biden is above reproach.

That is something the evil orange man would have done.

What predicament? I wear my mask in public with no issue. It's on the same level as holding a door for someone or moving aside so they can pass. On that same level, I stay out of other people's spaces even though I am fully vaccinated and wearing a mask. It's really not that hard.

The belief that one must not wear a mask to convince others to get vaccinated?...I've never heard that. Must be a Qanon thing. You know...that 8chan blogger who fooled millions of Trump supporters.

Wearing a mask is not a big deal for most people because they’re not very attractive.
But I’m really good looking and having to cover my face is a real drag.

That’s what motivated me to get vaccinated. 😂

The latest information is that the vaccines are even more effective than originally expected, including against the new variants of the virus. For example, of 37,000 people vaccinated in Italy, only one person died and he was 97.

With that type of information, the CDC has increased confidence in recommending vaccinated people to not wear masks in most settings.

Those who remain unvaccinated are the real idiots. Those people are playing with fire since they may eventually get infected because the new variants of Covid-19 may eventually affect people who were unaffected by original forms of the virus.

I recently sessioned with a pretty popular provider on here and she told me that she was shocked that she didn’t catch Covid since she took absolutely no precautions the entire time. Wonderful. She could have spread Covid to dozens of guys and not know it if she were asymptomatic and those guys could have died in the worst case scenario. She’s still unvaccinated and continues to post daily. So good luck to her and the guys she sees.

Bottom line: assume everyone has Covid, relax if you’re vaccinated, and be worried if you’re not. Wearing a mask is not the central issue here.

There are different kinds of snowflakes, including plenty of GOP folks.

The Dems who literally had to go get therapy after Trump won in 2016 are snowflakes. I mean come on, Hillary was not that popular with undecideds in the middle. Plus, she had the email mess. Was it really that big a shock she lost?

Now, the Repubs who keep crying the election of 2020 was rigged are the biggest crowd of new snowflakes.

These are the same people who laugh at participation trophies (rightly so) because when there is competition, there has to be a loser. That's life.

They seem to have forgotten nobody gets to win all the time.

Except in places with one-party rule, like Russia or China.

I'm glad to see things might start getting better in Texas.

That's a high-population state and I've always had a good time when I was there. - Very friendly, down-to-earth women and wonderful barbecue and good beer. Hell, it doesn't get much better than that for a guy.
