Good afternoon ladies & gentlemen,
Often times, a misspelled word in a minor way is understandable.
For example :
Switching up the letters ie or ei letters.
Ending with the letters ie as opposed to the letter y.
Interchanging letters k,ch,q,c in place of one or the other.
Such simple errors are often overlooked & does not affect the meaning of the sentence.
But the blatant misspelled words that alter the construct, meaning and content of a sentence will lead to misunderstanding & absolutely (often times) incomprehensible.
These are the most common problems
Correct : You're
Wrong : Your (Correct spelling but do not mean the same thing)
Correct : their
Wrong : there (Correct spelling but do not mean the same thing)
Correct : Probably
Wrong : Prolly (for fuck sake. These 2 words don't even sound close! And Prolly is not a word that exist in the English language)
Correct : Converse
Wrong : Conversate (This is not a word that exist in the English language!)
Sorry for my cyber ranting
Have a nice day
Regards
Rory
