I can't speak for anyone else, but either apartment or hotel is fine with me. The important things are is it clean, are there decent parking options and is it safe. I'm not too picky. I'm there to see you after all...

Apartment for sure.I just feel a little safer

Your place last week was ideal, safer area, accessible, easy parking, no security card to enter. Tough to find that in Irvine. Thanks for asking.

|
Clean and safe.

I am ok with either as long as the apartment is in a decent neighborhood. I would think most people would prefer to meet at Hotel.
|
|
Much more comfortable in apartments (or other private residences).

Location is definitely important. You want to feel safe, it's a turn-off if you feel like you have to keep your head on a swivel.
Apartment or hotel doesn't matter as long as it's clean and comfortable. I can understand why ladies would not want to "work at home" but OTOH hotels seem to be rather expensive right now.

+1 on what jr502 said. ^

Sorry...j502.

If you have an established "friendship" with the lady, then I would say apartment. imho it makes it easier for her and him.
negative with apartment is normally the parking.
In general a hotel is safer for both parties if its a first time meeting.

As long as there's plenty parking and safe area. Also if at a hotel let us know where th3 elevator is. Kind of awkward walking by the desk not knowing where you are going.

It's not the place it's the girl.
I personally have done hotel apartments and even car lol ๐
I believe it isn't the place that makes the experience it's the girl.
Yes certainly it matters for safety and cleanliness, but with that said private incalls almost always (especially recently reported) seem to have video servalience. Not saying it's bad but it's not my cup of tea.
Also yes hotels can suck at times but honestly if the girl is safe and 5 star I don't believe a lobby 5 star cameras everywhere hotel is not necessary

So my answer is no location dose not matter.
And I feel hotel is better then private location

hotels are fine, but if its possible not to have to go through a lobby and pay $30 parking.
if its a repeat i am not as picky.
|
|
I prefer hotels. I have been in so many now they are pretty easy to navigate.
The last apartment I visited the lady had me following in someone else through the gate since the complex didnt have a keypad at the gate. I hate that kind of shit.

Either is fine.
I personally hate parking in parking structures when i need to drive up 5 levels to park.
As others have stated walking past lobby or front desk people is sometimes weird but at a major hotels near landmarks it is fine because there is a lot of foot traffic in lobby area.
Waiting at gate to walk in or drive in sucks at times because your reception may be blocked due to high buildings.
Worst is lightly knocking at door when cleaning people are right next to the door you need to enter.

Agree: Clean and safe is the most important.
I also hate paying $30 to park.
Hate to walk into a hotel room where the girl has taped a plastic bag over the fire alarm and is recreating a scene from a Cheech and Chong movie.
Hate to see wet towels everywhere.
I like to feel like I'm the first visitor of the day. Don't mind a bit when my hostess starts to straighten up the room and clean up for her next guest as I'm getting ready to leave.
I do have some regulars that invite me to their private homes because we've know each other for a while. That's pretty comfy.

Private residence is the way to go. Especially if there is a chance of multiple repeat visits.
|
|
Big hotels are they way to go.
