Gotta be REALLY careful when doing anal play on desensitized areas. Pain is the body’s way to notify the brain something isn’t right. So if you’re using a LOT of lube and going slow, you shouldn’t really need the anal desentisizing spray.
An understanding of the anatomy is also helpful as there are two sphincter muscles that need to let loose before full entry can occur. Most get past the first and then shove in. Which is what causes the pain. Treat the second muscle like you treat the first and it will eventually let loose as well allowing full insertion.
