By the way, if you get a notice for jury duty and you don’t want to serve, just throw it in the trash. The court has no way of knowing if you received the notice or if it was lost in the mail.
Obviously, don’t call or show up in court or the court will know that you received the notice.

And when that Certified Mail letter knocks on your door, then what, explain to the judge after you got arrested for Failure to Appear, and use Daddy as an excuse.

I've been doing this for over 20 years. If they can't prove that you received the notice, then you can't be penalized.
If they do send a certified letter to you, genius, then I would make sure to go.
