I support reparations, but not in terms on monetary payments. Because that's a bandaid solution. Time to build proper infrastructure and renovate more to create cleaner areas in the Black community, to raise the standard of living and boost the more poorer parts of the economy.

Reparations will help those that need help due to wholesale destruction of their families’ generational wealth because of slavery! It will never help heal the emotional and painful hurts of their forefathers but it will help them start a small business, buy a home, go to college, etc.

Let's say they each get $150k. The first thing most of them, I'd say at least 90%, are going to do is start spending it and will continue to spend it til it's gone. They WON'T start businesses, invest in the community or do anything other then buy things.
The proof? Just look at what happens to most pro black athletes after they retire, it's not just the black athletes but since no one else is getting 'reparations' let's focus on them. Within 5 years of retiring they're broke.
