The mere fact the "someone" doxxed all the Conservative Supreme court justices, there are protests going on at the residences, and the justices had to move to undisclosed locations is baddd.
And the WH acts like this is no big deal... just normal peaceful protesting right. Everyone remember how that works out.
And the WH acts like this is no big deal...
The Left has gone off the deep end at this point.

It beats storming the capital, causing aggravated assault and promoting a lie about who kept power.
The justice’s have been offering faulty reasoning for their overturning of Roe vs. Wade.
Listen to constitutional academics and specialists, and the major assertion is that Justice Alito’s arguments are based on faulty logic, worse than the stuff that got Obamacare passed.
You better believe people are passionate and upset and the Justices are going to hear it, til the day they die.

Amazing it is just a Draft, and not a finally Ruling.

And we're back to Trump...
Jan 6th. The "insurrection" for which everybody was let in by Capitol police and nobody charged with insurrection.
WTF was Trump supposed to be doing?... He recommended numerous times to deploy National Guard two days prior but Nancy didnt like the "optics"
That would have prevented the total bullshit staged riot they had planned.
Now back on topic...
Since were now allowed to doxx political figures who are involved with issues we are passionate about...
I say lets doxx shit for brains Alejandro Mayokas so we can show him why at his front door step Congress and Senators are begging for his resignation before he's impeached.
Or the heads or our so called DOJ Merrit Garland for trying to insinuate that parents are domestic terrorists for being involved at school board meeting.
How about the people Involved with Afghanistan exit,... domestic oil shutdown. Dont they deserve front door cheer?
I could go on but theres plenty of bad characters in this administration causing real pain to Americans.

Just cause you live in LA, doesn't mean you didn't come from fucking Hunington Beach. You fucks are simple as fuck.
Always bitching about something Gas the Libs, the Mexicans, My gun rights. You guy's are the biggest pussies I ever met. You fucking embarras the fuck out of the rest of us.
And fucking Wistler5 is a fucking plant. Here to stir up shit. Sent from the Kremlin. And a two bit pencil neck geek. The very fuck that recently moved back in parent's house chase all the Amazon jobs are in the Inland Empire now. He has no real skills, his mother warned him. He thought that silver spoon would never varnish. A sad wee of a man, draining his parents pocket book till there is no more. And then and only then, will the wolves of wall street feast on his dying corpse, only to leave the bone marrow for the crows to pick.

Wtf was Trump supposed to be doing?
Bowing down, like a good bitch, to the duly elected. And telling his followers to behave with grace and respect, not a bunch of soccer hooligans.
Those who complain about how the right has been hassled, you guys “lowered the bar” for acceptable behavior on January 6.
You do not get to complain and bitch and moan when you see an equally loud and angry protest when you so vehemently defended “patriots”. Sit down, shut the fuck up, stick your dicks in your mouth and suck it. The shoe IS on the other foot and it’s coming to get shoved up your ass, loud and long.

can't wait to see the J6DOC187 to come out
maybe we can get a camera on him the whole time...maybe a couple shits, a jerk off...maybe a wife smack or two - all while he agonizes about how to stop it?
does the minutes start when they entered the building or before that
maybe we will have him MIC'd up...for stuff like the unarmed girl getting shot by the black cop.

To the OP, witler5:
If you understood anything about politics (and weren't just a Russian propagandist and troll), you'd know that the only people who benefitted from this draft opinion being leaked are the Republicans.
this ought to be good
help us understand
Happily, Starfish. Though it isn't all that hard to understand.
The decision on Roe v. Wade is set to come out in late July. The question is who benefits from releasing a draft opinion 2.5 months prior to the presumed release date of the final opinion?
In an election year (mid-terms), late July is a lot closer to election day than early May. Look at all the outrage that poured out onto the streets when this early draft opinion was leaked. If you were the Republican leadership trying to take over the House and Senate, would you want this outrage to hit the streets in early May or be fresher in the voter's mind on election day by coming out in late July? This leak didn't help Democrats try to hold onto the House and Senate. It's not like the Supreme Court was going to hold back their decision on Roe until after the election. Everyone knew when the decision was likely to drop, so by it dropping 2.5 months earlier (an eternity in electoral politics), it helps Republicans. It buys them time to find (and test out) effective messaging in response to the outrage. It also gives those that are outraged time to lose steam, calm down and accept the decision by election day.
The leak also helps Chief Justice Roberts. He is not in favor of the language in the leaked opinion. He considers it too absolute, too harsh. He also doesn't like the quality of the argument Alito is making. Roberts thinks that with Alito basing his legal arguments on originalist laws dating back to the 1200s, this decision (and by extension Roberts' court) will be ridiculed by legal scholars and historians alike. Roberts has been unable to persuade Alito to change his majority opinion. But with the early draft opinion being leaked, Alito will hear the opinions of people he respects and what they think about what he has written. He is going to hear stuff that he wouldn't have heard inside the bubble of the Supreme Court's hallowed halls. Roberts has indicated that he will not vote in favor of this version, and the decision will be 5-4 if the language stays the same as in the leaked version. It's Roberts' name on this court. He's the Chief Justice. He cares more than most how this court is perceived and will be perceived by history. If, thru this leak, Alito were to update his previous draft to include exceptions for rape and incest, soften the harshness of the language and improve his rather flimsy legal argument, then, not only would this decision be perceived as less extreme and better supported legally, it also wouldn't do as much damage to the legitimacy of the Roberts' court in the eyes of history. It also would allow Roberts to vote in favor of the decision making it 6-3 which would also help the long-term legitimacy of his court making it seem slightly less politically driven and partisan.
Lastly, imagine the talking point the Republican leadership would have with Independent voters turned off by this leaked draft opinion if the final decision isn't as harsh as the leaked one. Imagine how they'd be able to undercut all the outrage happening now by saying, "See, you jumped to conclusions and overreacted yet again! You thought we were cruel, heartless monsters because we didn't include exceptions for rape and incest. Well, the lefties were wrong once again! This is about protecting the unborn, not punishing women..." What better way to take the sting out of overturning Roe v. Wade 3 months before the mid-terms than by leaking a harsher version and then being able to change the subject and make the story about overreacting liberals? Sure, the women who care about having the control over their own bodies won't be swayed by such a talking point, but Independent's on the fence will. And that's all the Republicans need to win back the House and Senate. Just a few percentage points here and there.
So the people who benefit most from this leak are Chief Justice Roberts and Republican leadership. Democrats would have much preferred this news broke closer to election day. The closer, the better for them.

I would vote republican, but i aint about them turning this into jesus land. They screwed up there and dont trust them more than the democrats.

@j502
Your analysis is logical and sound, which means most of the people in this blog didn't understand it.
It is theorized that a conservative law clerk leaked the draft opinion.
Yeah and if you understood anything about politics, you’d realize abortion rights protections could’ve been codified into federal law when Obama had the super majority.
Also fucking dumbass @j502 thinks I’m a Republican🤣🤣🤣 where’s the student loan cancellations, $15 minimum wage (didn’t even try for $11), Medicare for All when most Democrats polled to want that? Democrats literally do nothing besides spew costless rhetoric on Social Justice and minorities, but then literally mass murder bomb Black and Brown people in Africa and the Middle East
J5 is so obsessed with Russia, as if the Supreme Court has anything to do with Russia. But a typical brain wormed American thinks that Russia = Republican.
And lastly, 2.5 months is not an eternity. This is a delusional spin, as with the logic on “harsher leaked version”.
"It is theorized that a conservative law clerk leaked the draft opinion."
This idiot will believe anything
Wow, witler, looks like I struck a nerve on the Russian stuff. Hmmm, me thinks the lady doth protest too much.
And I never mentioned what party I think you belong to, if any. I did say, however, that you parrot Russian propaganda which unfortunately is the same thing as Republican talking points these days. I'll continue calling you out from time to time until you finally post something other than Russian propaganda designed to further divide Americans.

And if you knew anything about US history you'd know that codifying Roe v Wade at that time was completely unnecessary. It was already the law of the land and had been reaffirmed by the Supreme Court many times over.
Next?

j502 calls genocide against Muslims and Africans, Russian propaganda now lmao. Nice job brainiac, maybe I should call you a Japanese propagandist to stoop to your stupidity level.

If it was unnecessary, why did the Democrats just try to pass it today and FAILED? Nice job admitting they're either extremely incompetent or don't care.
Because back then Roe vs. Wade was settled law.
Now we have enough justices with an agenda that will darken history and the law structures by turning back the clock on women’s rights.
"If it was unnecessary, why did the Democrats just try to pass it today and FAILED? Nice job admitting they're either extremely incompetent or don't care."
Lol, if you don't know the obvious answer to your own question, then I certainly can't help you. But it's much more likely you're just attempting to troll and not very good at it.

Roe was settled law?
7 men in black robes got together in 1973 and fabricated a plan to make the right to an abortion a constitutional right. They made up law that did not exist and said that there was a privacy right in the Constitution, a right to privacy equaled the right to an abortion.
False. Because no such right is articulated in the Constitution. Per the 10th Amendment, anything not enumerated in the Constitution is reserved to the States and to the People.
It took 50 years for 5 justice in black robes (including a woman and a black man) to overturn this bad law. If you want abortion to be a Constitutional right, get to work reading Article V of the Constitution. It says how you can amend the Constitution. Judicial activism is a shortcut and a bullshit way of making up law that doesn't exist. Eventually though, it fails.
Roe v. Wade belongs on the scrapheap of history with Plessy v. Ferguson, Korematsu v. United States, and Dred Scott v. Sandford. All shit law established by the SCOTUS. Roe can join the club.
"And if you knew anything about US history you'd know that codifying Roe v Wade at that time was completely unnecessary."
I was around in 1973 and the legal community knew it was a crap decision.
Ruth Bader Ginsburg commented frequently that it was poorly reasoned and had a weak faulty foundation. Please tell me if you have a better source than RBG.
Just Google it, this ain't rocket science.
Talk about not knowing what the fuck you're talking about.
Justice Ginsburg thought Roe was the wrong case to settle the abortion issue
Yeah but it's an election year and the Left needs a good reason to go out and protest at the home of Court Justices and burn cop cars.
Elections wouldn't be the same if everyone would just get along...
I believe I just said that.
The majority of Americans (not my opinion, there are a million polls) approve access to abortion in the first trimester. Then less access in the 2nd, (rape, incest, mothers life endangered). Then no-go in the 3rd unless mothers life in danger.
That's it, write it up, legislate it, enforce it.
Any of you on the right say no abortion ever?
You are fucking stupid and deserve to lose.
Same for you loony lefties that are good with abortion up to the point of birth.
Those two positions are out of step with the majority of America and common sense.
you talking to me?
Technically Roe vs Wade is still being upheld.
But I could care less at this point, this is just years of repeated debate. Just hearing endless emotional and violent rhetoric on political TV makes you numb to caring.
Then why do keep making political blogs and commenting in them. Are you sure it's not for the Rubles?
Look up the definition to the words legal precedent and Stare Decisis as it pertains to how legislators thought of Roe v Wade during the 1st 2 years of the Obama administration (the period of time witler5 referred to in his comment). As always, context matters to those making a good faith argument. It is conveniently ignored by those who aren't.
Once you understand the definitions of those words, you'll understand why the democratic majorities in the house and senate in 2009-2011 considered it "settled law". Of course, you probably already know all of this and were simply being disingenuous in your comments.
"the democratic majorities in the house and senate in 2009-2011 considered it "settled law"
Considered settle Law, Is not a Law. That's why it needs to go back to the States,
so the People can actually VOTE to make it a Law or not. Pretty simple for MOST.

Evangelical leaders before Roe were "overwhelmingly indifferent to abortion", which they considered a "Catholic issue" They hypocritically switched pro-life stance due to purely political reasons after their "segregated schools" lost tax exemption.
Read this article below, and you will realize why they joined Republican party, and their roots of racial discrimination continues to this day.
Catholics for choice says, "Any weakening or overturning of Roe v. Wade is a direct result of the overreach of the Catholic Church, led by a small group of old, mostly white, allegedly celibate men who will never, ever become pregnant -yet have spent almost 50 years and millions of dollars trying to control women's bodies, capture the federal judiciary, and take choice out of the rightful hands of patients and their caregivers. -To the Catholic bishops of the United States, we say: how dare you!"
The root of this discrimination against women always based on their misogyny and racial discrimination against minority group, by calling them left. The left in their term means minority groups, women, and immigrants.
Be aware!!

I agree with every word GBD wrote here. This is the most reasonable approach.
the left and right treat immigration the same way
they want to keep using it for elections
I also agree with what GBD said.
If Roe v Wade is overturned most states will keep that precedent.
But the Left will continue to bully Judges and burn cop cars.

we can just follow china's history of abortions
the china cock suckers seem to prefer their way of doing things
