I can not even begin to intuit what justification for white supremacy you are combing your social media bookmarks to justify, but I would offer the argument of Hannah Arendt in her The Origins of Totalitarianism: diversity is a bulwark against homogeneous thinking which is the soil of authoritarian ascendency.

FACT:
Biden is on record on many of his choices that he wants/ will choose a person that fits a "check box"
Started with VP, the only qualifications was that the person needed to have two X chromosomes.
Many other examples of this.
Some on the left applaud this "incusion"
OPINION:
What this does is send the signal that competency does not matter.
As long as you fill out that checkbox, you can be considered.
Best person for the job does not matter.
Extend that out across society - and we get people who might not be good in their job, but at least it's "inclusive"
Opinion - continue to extend this out & with other racial quotas (supported by the supreme court in college admissions etc), it is PROMOTES racism.
Why go see a doctor/ dentist/ lawyer that checks the boxes of diversity, but might not bee as good as someone that did not check the appropriate boxes.
