I for one am not afraid. I say stop being afraid. I hate the US for its forieng policies. Our very own political system has long ago sold us out. The US is one big pussy. I would venture to say that most of our military equipment is hardened against an EMP. I mean really, how long have we known that this threat exists? Don't you think our military is smart enough to prepare for, and defend against such a thing. YOUR cellphone, laptop, play station, and car may quit working, but I assure you the US military, and our civilian leadership, will continue to function in a well enough manner to retaliate.

Just in case, I bought a complete Solar generator and battery system that is off the grid.
I can power a refrigerator, cell phones, coffee machines and computers with 4 solar panels set up in my backyard. It was on sale at Costco. :-)

I guess I should check with Lion Energy. they are the manufacturer. I know that an EMP fries just about everything. I heard a great radio interview many years ago by Art Bell. Was highly educational. As Merissa said, hope our military is hardened.
