I hope for the homeless and low income.
Fuck Mission Viejo! God shit on you the other day. Burnt down some of you multi million dollar homes.
Hear we go again, crying about over development. I bet you that bastard Biden is trying to pass this. Better yet that Libtard Newsome.

The homes that burned were in Laguna Niguel... looks like an Edison power line issue caused the fire.
As for Mission Viejo... good for them. Keep the high rise low income Progressive housing projects out of the area.
Creates too much congestion and traffic

No it doesn't, it keeps the pompous assholes free of outsiders.
Oh, and God created the wind that blew the lines down. Anywhere in OC is fair game. Bunch of racist asswipes.
But they sure love there taco Tuesdays.

SeymoreButzfuck thinks Mission Viejo is some upper echelon South County Beverly Hills!
Actually, it's pretty much just middle class, with the exception of about 75 lakefront homes. Everyone else is regular people...not a bunch of actors and activists...maybe that's the part he hates.

The irony with the movement that is against this development is if the city does not meet the state’s quota then the state will void all zoning laws in Mission Viejo, so anyone can build anything as long it meets both health and safety requirements.
So if the state suspends the zoning law: This means Bob can demolish his house in single-family zone and build a multi-use building without city’s approval as long as it meets the health and safety requirements

If the Developer wants to bring a mutually beneficial proposal to the table...
They need go south on La Paz about a mile to where the Floor & Decor store is, and blow it up, and then build a six story - mixed retail / residential development...
That center used to be an Albertson's, then sat vacant for years, and now Floor & Decor is in there, but it's usually a ghost town inside, so that seems to be the site that has the best utility, and checks all or at least the majority of the boxes

^ much better location compared to the existing proposal.
Closer to fwy and away from civic center, library, and schools.

The OC Treasurer - Tax Collector is just salivating at what is going on below the 55 Freeway...
Irvine area and the Santa Ana / Tustin border area - Blowing up industrial buildings right and left, and replacing them with massive apartment buildings.
The old Tustin Marine Corps Helicopter Base area - More high density housing and apartment buildings...
The Great Park area of Irvine - High density housing and apartment buildings...
San Juan Hills - South of Ortega Highway - High density housing and apartment buildings...
Just pack em in, cause real estate prices just keep rising, and that equates to more tax dollars for the county, and every one else with a vested interested in the circle of dollars that is created from the development

My lawyer lives in Mission Viejo.
Surrounded by self righteous assholes that think their money insulates them from the world.
|
|
No wonder you're so gloomy

The were at least to members from the OC that took place in the Insurrection. The rich real estate lady and a costa Mesa man.
The OC is full of fucks like that. That's why I hate the OC. Doesn't matter how much money you have, it's your attitude.

@Shitcan
People from Stanton like yourself do have a difficult time relating to people from middle class places like Mission Viejo.
