Seems like so many people are gone. I used to have so much fun at the socials and just getting together with all the familiar faces and handles. I remember having a blast with a pretty solid group back in the day…when I say group i don't mean ménage, I am referring too drinks, good music, and laid back people from the site…
It seems like most of the people from back when I started have moved on and left. Luckily there are still a few old handles i am able too catch up with, but a lot have passed on or just got sick of the life… that’s what I assume, but I’m sure I missed some drama I’ll hear about later on.

@Lauren - I think you are right about some of us spending less time here on HX. I think for me it’s due to work, inflated rates here, and me being in a more serious relationship. But this doesn’t mean I wouldn’t be down for some drinks and some dancing.

Hayley being nice in person... until she drank at parties & predictably always got into physical fights with her competition. Er, I mean, other women.

After one last straw, a bunch of us pressured TheH to ban her from future parties. He did... but then at the next gathering, there she was again, smiling as if nothing had happened.

I miss the lunch socials and parties -- a community of sorts back then, far from perfect but truly halcyon times when I was figuring out a lot of things in my life.
I miss some hotties who became genuine friends and then later moved on from this subculture of humanity.
I miss the random late nights out with some wild ones, nights that became stories I would/could never tell people outside of HX.
I miss the "haven't yet" that became "never had" (i.e., Crystal.Love).
I miss all sorts of first times!

we did indeed have a genuine Dr. on here. won't mention the handle thou.. he is still around, mostly in private clubs. we could do a social like the ones in Orange, just need a dedicated group who will work the door and one to keep tabs on the $$$ probably keep it to a modest number of peeps for the first one, say september or oct ?? the place had good parking, decent food and close to most who attended.
