board is full of experiences and professionals...there are clubs where people rely on other peoples PM's and reviews...these are about a future expenditure of maybe 500? WHAT IS THAT?
the price of a SESS pretty much settles at the price of a good atty per hour in every city...those are professionals. atty's/cpa/dentists/bus owners. so lots of experience with people that are helpful IN GENERAL. some bad people everywhere. even if someone was giving horrible BAD intentioned advice here...CAN YOU SEE WHAT WOULD HAPPEN? it's kinda along the theme of the site in general??
the other day...someone had a tranny problem and asked for some recommendations. SO BASICALLY someone that had his tranny fixed to his satisfaction should not even bother responding?
like anything, you can see what people talk about on here...there is a nice little history to follow...if you can't perceive the bullshit? you have greater issues than a little tranny problem going on

At this point in my life I work out of boredom. That being said the loss of spending power of the almighty dollar when trying to buy a house here in CA is totally not worth it. Pre 2008? Heck yeah. 2016? Ok. Now? Unless you're a social media celebrity or damn good at the market anyone below 35 is sol. Or be like most of the old riff raff here and luck out by coming out of the right vagina when cost of living and opportunity were just a lil bit easier. Doesn't hurt to not have to move to a coastal city and also inherit something that will appreciate disproportionately relative to the rest of the USA. And honestly there are too many old people bragging about having made it. In your microcosm of time sure. If you were in your 20s-30s tryna do this rat race NOW? Well good luck. Continue to circle jerk and brag to the poors after being done fekking them lol
