Ginni Thomas, if she actually testifies, will be interesting. She was actively involved in attempting to steal the 2020 election away from Biden. Obviously, Justice Thomas needs to recuse himself from any matter relating to the insurrection and Trump’s attempted stealing of the election.
How many of you are watching the January 6 Committee hearings? Almost all of those who testified so far are Republicans that were working for or consulting Trump.
Trump was told repeatedly by all of his advisors that he lost the election (and that there was no evidence of fraud that could overturn the election result).
Only attorney and law professor Eastman came up with the theory (which he admitted was illegal) that Pence could avoid certifying the electors and could send it back to the States to decide (where a false set of electors were waiting to overturn the election by voting for Trump). Eastman even admitted that there would likely be violence if they were successful in overturning the election.
Like Watergate, a lot of Republicans will be prosecuted for this.

Eastman acted as a lawyer and represented his client. You may not agree with the path he created to represent his client, but anyone can take any action they wish and it's up to the courts to decide if it is constitutional or not.
And the reality is that Eastman is one of the leading constitutionalists in the country. I have met him several times, I have heard him speak, both in person and on radio and TV. He loves this country, the constitution, and the freedoms afforded to all of this.
The democrats? They know they have nothing on Eastman. But they can play him in such a way to destroy his reputation, destroy his life, and destroy his career, all a means to an end in an attempt to destroy Trump so he can't run again. If Eastman's reputation and life are the consequence for getting rid of Trump, that's ok by the dems. Just like whoever created and released COVID -- nothing like a few million deaths the the destruction of the world economy with a pandemic to remove an otherwise successful and sure to be reelected President of the United States.
Additionally dems, why do you have no comment on all of the states that violated their state constitutions in the running of this election and counting of the votes? In every state Eastman wanted to send the election back to the electors for reevaluation, those states had CLEARLY violated their state constitutions, either with mail in ballots, accepting mail in ballots after the deadline, failing to cross check signatures, and other election laws articulated in those state constitutions. These are FACTS that cannot be disputed.
Remember as you speak ill of Eastman, he's just a means to an end, the destruction of Trump. Blow up and exaggerate, twist the words, go on the attack. Ruin him and dump the remains on Trump. And maybe along the way they can tarnish Clarence Thomas and his wife too.
