Shit takes time to unravel. People were scared to come forward, but after seeing other people testify, they’ve decided to do the right thing as well. The first to be prosecuted will likely be the fake state electors, organized by Ginni Thomas, et al.
Most of those who testified are Republicans and it’s been incredibly damaging to Trump, who’s reportedly freaking out. Even Fox News commentators are saying this is really bad.
And it necessarily takes time to build an air-tight case against a former President.

DOJ is a criminal enterprise, here's how it works:
The scam happens via an old trust-law doctrine called cy pres, pronounced “sigh-pray.” It derives from a French phrase meaning “as near as possible.” if applying the exact terms of a trust or settlement are not possible, then the DOJ makes a deal with the judge and plaintiffs to hand the money out however the fuck they want. They essentially make a deal to cut out the injured party and redirect the funds however they choose including giving money to the lawyers and judges alma maters!!! In one case against Google, $500,000 went to the judges college to fund.....I shit you not....an ethics center.
It's a win-win for the judge and lawyers (heroes), the corporation paying gets to claim they made a "donation" rather than paying a fine and the money becomes tax deductible while the DOJ allows them to credit 2 or 3 times what they paid against what they owe.
Why does DOJ do this? Simple......
If the settlement the corporation pays for its wrong-doing is a "fine", it becomes payable to the American taxpayer and controlled by Congress (legislative branch). If DOJ labels it a settlement donation, then it's controlled by the exec branch and can be directed however DOJ wants.
Obama's DOJ became famous for this dodge because he needed a work-around Congress, since they wouldn't pass any of what he wanted. But, it started even earlier when Clinton settled with the banks over the mortgage mess. Rather than figure out how to make whole the guy who lost his house, they funneled most of the money to their favored NGO's like LA Raza and the National Urban League.
It's a "quid pro quid" scam by DOJ and other Federal agencies that was well documented by the WSJ back in 2016 "Look Who's Getting That Bank Settlement Cash"
