Blowing off appointments is very shitty behavior but it is not a SAFETY issue.
Are people abusing the safety ratings or is OP actually doing something more than just being a flake?

I disagree. It is very much a SAFETY issue.
Giving your location and not showing ,or going somewhere and the person not being there, can put you in an extremely vulnerable situation.

Giving your address to someone who never shows up is a safety issue. There are all kinds of things someone who has her address but zero interest in visiting can do including robbing her other arriving clients (has happened), can notify the front desk of someone there who shouldn’t be (has happened), and can call law enforcement on them (has happened).
Inviting a woman to come to your home, she takes an Uber at her own expense, and then they don’t answer the door stranding the person in the middle of an unknown neighborhood till they can get another Uber to pick them up is a safety issue. Plus the lady is out a shitload of money for an unreimbursed round trip Uber ride all so some Johnny can get his rocks off while watching her freak the fuck out from across the street.

That was a standard rule from years ago.
It is or was a flake when the address had not been given.
Once the address was given and no one showed it became a safety issue as stated by the poster above. Aka Jones

I'm not "10" I'm a cross between 'Fiona and barbie' 🤣🤣jk but I treat myself as one I have a very strict guidelines on how to handle perspective guests. When I initially signed on this site I was blindsided twice but once I got the hang of it my radar is tuned at it's finest. I am a firm believer in the second Amendment thus keep my guarding angel close by in fact several of them to avoid any unpleasant situation. If I have a choose between you and me guests whose going to meet god first 😅😅 anyways I don't belive in god or the devil 🙃 ladies i beg of you please please treat yourself the best possible and handle your business in a professional manner so people won't fk with you much love out to everyone and have tons of fun 🥰
