It's really hard to get thrown in to jail these days... apparently the bar is be a senior citizen defending yourself from a much younger person wailing on you. I doubt a wokester would get thrown in to jail for anything short of opening fire on a parade.

With regards to any illegal abortions it seems most states with restrictions have made it clear that it is the doctors providing the services that will be prosecuted, not the women.
