Don’t know about you but when I walk into a restaurant, I don’t just order “food” and allow someone else to choose for me. I want to make sure the contents don’t violate my dietary restrictions (allergic to shellfish) and that what’s brought to me is pleasant to my palette.
Is it a surprise for folks to want to ensure that what is important to them is available to them?

Thanks for the detailed explanation. Good example. Guess I am way spoiled in nc. My networking on the nc platforms list things on menu in detailed summaries I suppose. When contacting me there its just an automatic schedule. NC peeps are simple

K1981, in soCal till NEXT WEEK. Live in NC for many yeaes. Its more economical and main financial services job there plus I can do travel nurse aide in 3 states plus thus cali. Its very feasible to have my main residence in NC and travel for biz or pleasure.
