America was founded by a population of Protestants, Methodists, Episcopalians, Puritans, Quakers, Catholics, etc... on the fundamental concept of the separation of church and state. It was in the Colony of Pennsylvania that the Quakers first proposed emancipation from slavery.
It clearly was NOT founded only FOR Christians. It was founded by white settlers FOR ANYONE to practice religious freedom except for those practicing witchcraft. Having Asian and Middle Eastern settlers practice their respective religions didnt require an amendment to the Bill of Rights.
