No, It’s just posturing for the West. A real Chinese invasion would mean rise of gas prices and other goods in China as it prepares for conflict. Nothing happening like that now.
China news outlets have already begun walking back the agression by saying the US is out of control and a senile old woman is doing more damage to a country’s reputation and “ability to use soft power” than an armed invasion.
