Why was it impounded? Expired registration? You were driving with no/suspended license? Impounded after you were arrested? Is it registered to you?
There well may be other factors other than just money to get it out. So what "help" are you looking for?

It got impounded like a hr ago i let my friend use it to go to a class she has in compton btw she is not very nice with cops so she was cussing them out i spoke with the officer on the phone he was gonna let me go get my car but she called him the n word and now i gotta get it out. 200 is what i need

That bitch is no friend, for not being considerate and not get your car towed.
But it doesn't end there. You know dam well she wasn't going to class. She got pulled over for being in a crime ridden area, at a known illegal pharmacy.
So the other no good leaches who surround you don't give a fuck about you and can but will not kick you down the money.
But the scenario I like the most is, you don't even have a car, but you sure as fuck have a habit.

So your "friend" got your car impounded.
Isn't it her job to get your car out as she was responsible.
Does anyone take responsibility for their actions any longer?
Last I checked, cops have better things to do than get cars towed.
And when I say cops, I mean the LA Sheriff's department as Compton's police force was disbanded over 20 years ago due to corruption.
So, something seems out of place here.

Highway patrol isn’t going to impound a car for that. Your friend probably doesn’t have a valid drivers license and got pulled over for something. Or the registration is expired.

I think a lil more needs to be said about why she got pulled over and are you driving on expired tags or "no" insurance on the car, etc?

Here you go:
(1) Offer a $150/hr impound special.
(2) Rent $150 hotel room.
(3) Make appointments starting a Noon check-in, every odd hour (1 pm, 3 pm, 5 pm, 7 pm, 9 pm).
(4) Repeat the next day.
(5) Count your money from two days on your back. You should have net $1200.00, after the hotel is paid. Less $1,000.00 for ingestible contraband and adult beverages, and voila! You've got your 200 bucks for the impound yard!!!

I am if this would of happen on the 1st or before trust me i would of used the money for my car.but this happen after my rent was paid if i had things to pawn i would have i wouldn't be on here asking for help. Trust me this was my last resort. Sorry i don't know how to explain or word things correctly. Im just in a messed up situation and understand my friend should be helping me but unfortunately she is not a friend at all cause she hasnt even came to see me or answer my calls now
