I would imaging it was either Kelly or Meadows. He probably treated them like shit, degrading them in cabinet meetings and such. Probably never listened to any of the advice they tried to give him. And as soon as they get caught up in the legal mess then of course they will throw him under the bus! He is an ungrateful wannabe despot - why not? First question to ask is who has the most to lose who's inside the Trump circle-jerk but maybe signed on later. So Meadows is a good fit. He looks like a guy who's been a bureaucrat for a long time and is absolutely scared out of his mind looking at something that might get him in prison.
