And how many people had their careers and retirement benefits scrapped for opting to NOT take the jab.
COVID has been a serious high level scam

No one should have been forced to take the vaccine.
It was always about government control.
The government wants to tell you that they know what's best for you.
But the people voted for the people responsible for public policy.
Time to elect people who truly represent the will of the people.
There used to be freedom of choice until Covid.
Not anymore.
More BS to come under Biden.

And are they still going to contiue the State of Emergency in Cali?
|
|
They did a complete genome on the virus and guess what. It's just the flu. Say something in California about that or masks and the dumbshits come unglued. What if this put you out of business, would you finally believe the truth.
Virus = 100 microns
Best masks you can't even get will stop a particle down to 300 micrograms.
It's like trying to stop the surf with a chain link fence.
One good thing about the masks during all this - it makes it real easy to spot dumbasses.

nephews in three separate households been dealing with it the last few weeks...all caught separately
|
|
^ they've been dealing with the flu
And Commiefornia will stay in emergency status until after all the midterm mailin ballots needed to push Democrats to victory are counted.
|

Sometimes events occur that contradict your own personal experience.
This is why anecdotes don’t cut it in medical research.

“They did a complete genome on the virus and guess what. It's just the flu.”
Nope. And this work was done near the beginning.

Anyone who believes any of the shit AFMadness posts is the definition of a moron, especially regarding Covid.
But let’s face it, you know how smart you are.

Don't you just love liberals, you must believe what they believe or you're an asshat or moron. They are truly the fascists of the 21st century.

^Actually, it's good advice against Omicron to continue to booster if you haven't had COVID yet. Otherwise, continuing to booster may not be as effective and you may not need it.
"Individuals who [had COVID & produced antibodies] with broad baseline neutralisation breadth thus might not need frequent booster vaccination. In contrast, individuals who are uninfected might need timely boosters or ideally variant-based vaccines to acquire optimal neutralisation breadth against omicron and future variants."
Of course, this may change in the future.
See link.

I know you think you're helping
But it's time to give it a rest
Go back to doing whatever lab nerds do

No worries, the IRS is coming after you to.
IRS Amassing Its Own Army While Federal Reserve Intensifies Inflation Tax
Would you believe the 16th Amendment was never lawfully Ratified ?
How could a vote even take place on December 23, 1913 when most of the Congress men were at home with family. Transportation was very limited back then.
Well it is all documented in the book The Law That Never Was. By Bill Benson and Red Beckmen.
Which I have a copy showing how all the 48 States voted. Certified and Notorized Documents.
Now go Pound Sand, cause you ain't got nothin on this.

“ Don't you just love liberals, you must believe what they believe or you're an asshat or moron. They are truly the fascists of the 21st century”
@Frankbear22
This is an incredibly ignorant thing to write. You can believe any stupid thing you want, but when you’re called out for being wrong because the facts are against you, then you shouldn’t complain about it like a whining little pussy.
We all can’t win trophies simply for playing the game. Grow up already.
|
|
Trump, conspiracy theories, right wing media, etc. have given dumb people confidence to believe and say anything they want, even when they are clearly wrong. And then they expect to be taken seriously?
Life doesn’t work that way.
When you’re clearly wrong and you know that you’re not that bright, it’s better that you keep your mouths shut. That isn’t fascism. That’s saving you from being called out on how dumb you are.
And that goes for the ladies in these blogs as well. Some of you are dumb as a rock. Be more self-aware.

@mildlyamusing1
Sometimes the jokes just write themselves. You 100% just proved his statement to be true. Well played.

does it REALLY matter about the D-a-Rs thing?
some have that as a preference anyway

The flu doesn’t pack hospitals past capacity. You clearly are not a first responder who saw the impact of Covid in the fall and winter of 2020. Maybe now that enough are vaccinated it’s like the flu, but wasn’t during the height. You most likely think The FBI planted documents in his mansion. Oh wait, the story you people believe now is he “declassified” them.
|
|
@ LuckyGixxer
When an idiot says something emphatically and then is proven to be wrong, they always claim that what they said was a joke.
They’re not joking. They’re just dumb.
@ISOS
You know that the guys who I am most friendly with on HX (on a personal level) are Republicans or are conservative in the political spectrum. It just happened to be that way, but they aren’t like the people I’m referring to.
Republicans have around a third to fifty percent of the most ignorant and gullible people in the country (just a guess) who simply regurgitate misinformation that is fed to them. This is done to anger them and rally them to vote for Republican politicians that will supposedly save them. Without their ignorant base, Republicans would almost never win an election. They need them and they know what motivates them: Outrageous Conspiracy Theories.
It is intellectually insulting to misstate facts to win an argument. There should be prosecutions for media and public figures who intentionally misstate facts. You saw that the abortion bill that was voted down in Kansas was riddled with misinformation, including telling people that voting no on the bill meant you were pro-choice when it was actually the opposite, and they sent thousands of false text messages spreading that deception. The public didn’t fall for it. It’s that kind of shit that is hurting our Democracy. Republicans need to be punished for that type of deception.
And yes, if Democrats do that they too need to be punished. Unfortunately, it’s almost entirely a problem with Republicans. Winning at any cost hurts our democracy.

OP totally ignores the evolution of the virus over the last 2 years.
The original COVID virus was less contagious but likely to cause hospitalization or death, especially among senior citizens.
The dominant strains now are BA$ and BA5. These are less lethal but way more contagious. Like common cold and flu viruses, they survive for long periods of time on surfaces. So it is almost inevitable you will be exposed eventually, no matter what you do.
Personally, I have been pretty careful, but I still got COVID recently. I've been fully vaccinated and boosted but I tested positive and I got only mildly ill for 4 or 5 days. I tested negative and felt fine a week later. But I know several other people who have been quite sick and two who had to be hospitalized. One of these people is a normally healthy guy just in his 30s, so it's not like COVID doesn't matter at all anymore.
The CDC is simply recognizing that the current strains are less lethal and you are almost certain to be exposed no matter what you do, so it is just not as worthwhile to go through all the measures that previously hurt education and the economy.
Plus, people are saying they don't give a fuck anymore, so they won't follow the CDC guidelines anyway.

** The dominant strains now are BA4 and BA5.

This thing has now become endemic. We had a chance to knock it down...if we could have gotten around 80%+ of populations vaccinated early on, but because it was a new type of vaccine -- that had been worked on for 20 years with the advent of the original SARS (remember the strange sight of Asian tourists wearing masks in the early 2000s? I remember thinking, we'll never do that). Then we threw real money at finishing the last couple years of research testing in about 6 months when COVID became an emergency. But enough people thought it had only been recently developed (not aware of the 20 years of development, which is average for any vaccine) and were wary of it, which is understandable, we didn't get to the threshold to build up a good herd immunity. We came close in some areas where about 70% of folks got vaccinated. But not quite enough. The result? It's now endemic. We're not going to wipe it out. It's going be with us, hopefully mutating into less virulent strains, which is the case with our current ones. Unfortunately this is after over 6 million deaths worldwide, and over 1 million in the U.S. Deaths are still happening just at a much slower rate now - and it's not the mindfeck of the early days when we didn't know what was going on. I can't tell you how many people I know avoided it for 2.5 years, but came down with it in the last two months. Including folks in my own family. It is much worse than a normal flu. But not something that's going to kill most people. Those I know who were prescribed Paxlovid dealt with cold like symptoms for a day or two, then were fine. Those who were told by their doctor that their immune system is strong and to just rest, drink water, etc. seemed to have about a week of extraordinarily severe flu-type symptoms. It's not nothing, it's worse than a cold or flu, but we're just going to have to deal with it. We could have knocked it down, we didn't. No one was "forced" to get the vaccine. Their lives may have had some f-ed up and unfair consequences (for instance if their employers values didn't align with their own), but this talk as if the gov't strapped us in a chair and forced us to get vaxxed, is just not true. Be as safe as you want to be. Wear a mask if it works for you. Don't if it doesn't. But know we'll deal with this wether we like it or not. It's not a government consipiracy. It's a disease. Own your individual freedom and risk level. Don't tread on others for theirs.

Never received the shots, working in the field for the last few years. Had workers in the truck with me in December 2020 that ended up testing positive, so I self quarantined in our trailer for a couple weeks and took multiple test all negative. Others at job sites had it in 2021 also.
Contracted COVID, the latest light variant I assume, in June 2022, had a bad headache Saturday, Sunday felt like a head cold, Monday body aches I attributed to sleeping all day Sunday.
That was basically it.
Sister in-laws family all got their shots, would not let me come to events (yeah). One of them contracted it and the whole family (three generations) got it while on vacation. I kept telling them that getting the shot did not keep them from being contagious to others. Kicker is they flew home with it, total disrespect for other.

“This flu killed 3 people close to me.”
People die of the flu every year.
I know 5 people who died of the coof. Most of them were severely unhealthy beforehand.
I also know guy who was 32 years old as healthy as can be. Died of the actual flew the year before the pandemic. Does that mean the entire world needs to be mandated flu vaccines every year under threat of losing their livelihoods and that everyone needs to force mask until the end of time because the flu is going nowhere?
Yeah you had people die. It is unfortunate. But you’re the only asshat I see.

The actual flu. Because iPhones autocorrect actual words nowadays. Tim Cook is a retard.
|

If it makes anyone feel better, I had it the day after Christmas in 2020, lasted for 3 weeks. and on a roller coaster of better, then not wanting to do anything. The body chills were the worst of it which IB 800's took care of that.
And I do not have to worry about the nearly 1300 adverse side affects the BS mRNA jabs, including death ! it may cause.
Alex was Right

Looks like covid is back to the "Kung Flu".
LIBTARDS, Please continue getting shots.
Remember, it's not just for your safety!
