It's all good, until the woke left decides that HX should be shut down
because they want to control the agenda and don't want to hear about
opposing views.

^ I think that one of the problems with the blogs is that they take on an air of a fight ring. This usually happens when disparaging name calling and insults are thrown at an individual or a group of people. Your post included the term "the Woke left" Just that portion of your post is going to incite people. I would simply ask that you reevaluate the message you were trying to convey to see if it could have been made without inflammatory language.
The mark of an intelligent person is the ability to convey a message without inviting the other person into a fight. Once a conversation takes on the air of a contest, or fight, nothing intelligent is said from that point on. Just think about every relationship you have ever had and the conversations that ended up in a fight. They more than likely included insulting or inflammatory language - and in the end, nobody won, but it caused some permanent damage to the relationship.
All I would ask is that we try to remain civil in our discourse with other people.

If it's really a petition:
I would petition the site to have a separate section for political blogs, and a voting process to move blogs there if they are placed in the "wrong" category.
|

For example, it would be nice if the "Moderate" link had an option to state that a blog was in the wrong category, and should be moved to a "Politics" section.
Making these changes would make HX a happier and sexier place.

The things that I witnessed walking down the streets in DTSD yesterday were incomprehensible!
We couldn't walk down the sidewalks of the streets, we literally had to walk in the streets because the sidewalks are filled with tent villages everywhere. The only streets that were decent were the gaslamp quarter streets of 5th and 4th street, all else were disgusting reminders of Liberal leadership and their way of leading is to look the other way and to pretend that it doesn't exist. You don't see that shit in Irvine! And San Diego calls themselves America's Finest City, in some areas I agree, but DTSD is a pure nightmare, and it may prevent me from attending future Padres games.
As far as the Far Right Tea Party types, yeah they are wack too and don't live in reality. Everyone has to give and take a little on the moral front and realize that Hx is a place that is and will always be.
