I believe that R N D Promo can be Random Promo or Research & Development Promo --- I am definitely not 100% certain, but that is what the Urban Dictionary had for it...

Also while being a newbie, familiarize yourself with making sure that you are really speaking to members on hx as It happened that someone is using other genrs handle to timewaste.
