Trump & Classified Documents Part 6: The Neverending Moving of Goalposts Aug 25 2022 03:54PM more by Rrod111401

So Trump was convinced by roided up fake lawyer dude Tom Fitton that any document produced during his administration belongs to Trump. Classified or not.
This was many months ago when Trump is happily complying with govement on giving back documents. Then just decided to stop complying after his convo with roid dude.
What is the excuse today in MAGAland? Cause I am just simply lost at this point.
I wouldn't pay attention to either one for real news
But, DJT screwed the pooch on this one
Somebody from National Archives needs to come out to Mar and give him a finger up the ass prostate test
This dipshit makes waves even when he doesn't need to and it doesn't help him, what else is new?
Stop you right there. You lost all credibility with that. Pack her things, turn in your “I know what I am talking about card”, and sit on the stool in the dunce corner with your dunce hat.
You know the one, you’ve been wearing it so long it has affected your hair line.
If this ever goes to court (it will) all these contradictory statements are going to haunt Trump and any credibility he may have. Let alone any debate he may enter.
"The party in power is using the government to go after its political enemies. And instead of being horrified, some of you are foolishly applauding."
A search and seizure warrant isn't granted for political reasons. You should be horrified the former president may have given away classified information.
"You should be horrified the former president may have given away classified information."
I'll fix this for you...
I should be horrified that you are the same species of life as I am.
There is nothing published from any authoritative agency that suggests this to be true yet someone on TV said it so you swallow it hook like and sinker.
If it's found that Trump broke the law by mishandling documents I'm ok with that .... but I'm not going to even entertain the conversation of the criminally stupid with their aspersions on a subject they know absolutely nothing about at this point.
At this point, you gotta question Trump's mentality and selection of his lawyers and advisors. He's got guys like Cohen**, Guiliani*, Powell*, Ellis, Mitchell, Kasowitz, Eastman, Clark, Cipollone, Wood, Kleinhendler, Castor, Schoen, Van Der Veen...etc. Just the few that stood out to me as utterly incompetent and borderline frauds. Some were jailed, some disbarred, some completely disgraced, a few forced to retire. (*facing disbarment. ) (in jail)
I just can't get the life of me to think that our freaking President is this stupid and ignorant to hire these idiots to be central to his gov't and impeachment advisory positions.
Its beyond any prudent person's reasonableness to hire such disgraceful morons to represent the top dog in our nation.
And ppl still want him to be President again? And trust his decision making skills and mentality? He can't even hire the right guys to fend for HIS own legal survival. He even called out some of his hired attorneys as completely incompetent. Well, shit, he hired them and used them for YEARS. Its his own fucking fault.
Can't we just get Ron DeSantis in and call it a day? Just wake the fuck up Republicans and get DeSantis in please. Or would you rather have the libs galvanize if Trump gets the nod for nominations and get them to vote 4 more years of Bidone and maybe Newsuck. We can't allow that risk.
Vote for DeSantis. The Libs are already moving against him rn. Newsuck and Chris are making their moves.
The national archive people had already been there and carted out something like 15 boxes. If they wanted more why not just tell him they wanted to go through the rest of them?
The feds had already been there to see where the docs were being stored and all they told him was to put a pad lock on the door.
"A search and seizure warrant isn't granted for political reasons."
Corndog, you post some funny shit.
Unfortunately, it looks like you actually believe the stupid you post.
Did you sleep thru that whole little collusion thingy?
Is it actually possible for a human to have a negative IQ?
Are you living proof that fungus is more intelligent than Homo Sapiens?
Inquiring minds.......
Not sure about the documents thing. It already seems to be losing steam. The Jan. 6 committee seems to be losing credibility. As GBD pointed out, the DA in Georgia is putting together her own election fraud case and already has a Grand Jury to present it too, Stay tuned.
Holy shit. Too much retard in this thread to continue the Trump warrant and search situation .
conservatives are afraid of the Trump base. They know they need them to win the White House. They will not back DeSantis cause they know Trump will shit all over them if they don’t back the Dear Leader. All conservatives who have not bent the knee to Trump has paid a huge political cost from the right. Even DeSantis will not get in the way if Trump wants to run in 2024.
Compared to Biden, Trump looks GOOD!
Those of you who don't like Trump keep saying, "We got him now!"
Trump is the roadrunner and the Dems is the coyote. Ane we know how that
cartoon goes! Beep! Beep! Zoom!
Abbott should keep sending illegals to D.C. What a great idea! đź‘Ť
According to tge Presidential Records Act, the documents did not belong to DJT and his people lied that yhey returned them. Keep sucking his dick and sending him money.....idiots.
Why They Still Support Trump
Opinion by Peter Wehner - Jul 13
"......It depends on the Trump supporter, of course. For some right-wing zealots, who have an enormous stake in keeping the Big Lie alive, the reflex is to attack the committee as “crazed and media-enabled” and “abusing Constitutional rights.” For those somewhat less delirious, the reaction is to mock and dismiss committee members, most especially Representative Liz Cheney. Still others have avoided watching the January 6 hearings. They have other, more important things to do, as one person put it to me. Hear no evil, see no evil."
"Almost all of Trump’s supporters want to cast their gaze elsewhere—on some other issue, on some other hearing, on some other controversy. They’ll do anything to keep from having to confront the reality of what happened on January 6. What you’re very unlikely to see, except in the rarest of cases, is genuine self-reflection or soul-searching, regret or remorse, feelings of embarrassment and shame."
"...Trump supporters have spent much of the past half dozen years defending their man; their political and cultural identity has become fused with his. Some of them may have started out as lukewarm allies, but over time their support became less qualified and more enthusiastic. The unusual intensity of the Trump years increased their bond to him. He was the captain of Team Red. In their minds, loyalty demanded they stick with him, acting as his shield one day, his sword the next."
"What began as a reluctant willingness to defend Trump soon became an ingrained habit. They ignored or excused his moral and legal transgressions; each time they did, the next excuse got a little easier. They could not bear to acknowledge to themselves, and certainly not to anyone else, that they were defending a seditious scoundrel. The cognitive dissonance was overwhelming; their self-conception would not allow them to admit they were complicit in a corrupt enterprise. This was particularly the case of those who insisted for decades prior to the Trump era that high moral character mattered in political leaders. And so they twisted themselves into knots, downplaying Trump’s maliciousness, hyper-focusing on the sins of the left. They rather liked that Trump would bring a Glock to a political and cultural knife fight."
That's what they got? They were worried that Trump had information on how far along Iran's nuclear program was?
I certainly hope for the FBI and DOJs sake that it is more than that and the crossfire hurricane docs ... please don't be so stupid as to think that people give 2 shits about those documents.
Ohhh right they had 40 years of his medical records too... they will probably wow us with the Bombshell that Trump has been on Lipitor since his mid 50s. Can't wait for that to get leaked.
Most of us know that this about preventing Trump from running for POTUS again.
Dems are afraid that he could win. They don't want to leave it to the voters.
This is the continual harassment of Trump for becoming the 45th POTUS.
The Dems will continue to harass him as long as it appears that he is running for POTUS.
What's next?
They also harass him for ratings. They want the “Trump Bump” back but when he’s not in office, their ratings fail as evidenced by CNN’s slide into the abyss.
'Most of us know that this about preventing Trump from running for POTUS again.'
True but if he didn't run, or couldn't, it'd probably be the best thing for the country.
Maybe then we could get someone with some common sense instead someone on the far left or right, not a neo lib or con, or not tied to the woke mob or bible belt or someone that doesn't do their polling on twitter.
I'd imagine there'd be security reasons for Bidens turnout ... probably had to rsvp with an accompanying political donation etc. He doesn't want to be in front of huge crowds at this point because there would be acrimony and protest and it would not be the optics they wanted.
There fore bring staffers and allies and address the nation. I've heard several opinions on this ... if this was indeed a presidential address then it could have easily been done in the oval office but it swung to what some have interpreted as political (my opinion as well) and therefore should have been done out of the Whitehouse.
Who cares really... he is on record before this as far as his opinion on those who did not vote for him.... we know what he thinks and no amount of polling will reflect that this was a "unifying" speech.
