Nice to be able to get the scoop on things.
Trump’s airplane is being limited with the fuel it gets, enough to go fly across the US but no more, as he is now a suspected fly risk.

In other news, Mar A Lago has proven to be vulnerable as a fake heiress has been able to penetrate deep into the resort and get access to Trump’s in her circle.
(yeah, take that penetration deep, Trump bitches, squeal.all the way to the elbow.)
Who knows what secrets she was able to compromise?
“Yashchyshyn, 33, reportedly entered Mar-a-Lago on multiple occasions last year using a fake ID claiming she was Anna de Rothschild, a non-existent descendant of the European Rothschild banking dynasty.
It's not clear how many times she visited the resort, but she reportedly became well-acquainted with many of Trump's close associates, including Donald Trump Jr.'s fiancee, Kimberly Guilfoyle, and Caroline Wren, a former Trump campaign advisor who helped organize the January 6 Stop the Steal rally.
Yashchyshyn was photographed with the former president and Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) on the golf course at Trump International Golf Club on May 2, 2021, during a high-dollar fundraiser for the midterm elections, but it's unclear if she had any other direct interactions with the former president.”

OK. Lock him up and now let's have Desantis kick the shit out of whatever lame ass Democrat who runs for Pres in 2024.

If you guys actually understand how open and shut this case is against Trump, there is an almost absolute certainty that he will be prosecuted for this.
The Top Secret documents he had in his possession could compromise our national defense. People across the world (informants who help us gather information) can be targeted and killed.
The documents had his hand written notes that showed he went through them.
The documents were stored carelessly. And Mar a Lago had been targeted by Chinese spies in the past.
Trump was asked if he had any more documents in his possession and he lied and said he didn’t.
You have to wonder why he had these documents and what he planned to do with them.
He will not be found guilty LIBTARDS. 🤣🤣
anyone who says 45 is guilty is a liberal? your wannabe dictator has a lot of explaining to do, dont you want to hear at least one of his excuses? there are so many flying around, i wanna hear it from the horse's mouth.
And Hillary had a fucking server with EVERYTHING on it and deleted 30,000 emails and bashed several blackberries and she didn't even get a slap on the wrist.
You can imagine my amazement that people who argued that their favorite politicians should not be investigated or prosecuted despite proof of their wrongdoing or error in judgement, but want other politicians investigates and prosecuted based on hyperbole and innuendo at this point.
wow jazz! once again the famous pivot! what a shock! can anyone of you extremist stand on your own legs?? all i read is about lap tops, emails, hilary, hunter and so on, but no solid defense of der fuhrer 45. oh wait, the defense is it is a set up. must be nice to be so simple.
And lets raid Obama's compound and see if we might find some documents HE grabbed on his way out.
I just want consistency in our treatment of people. Heck, maybe we should go back and check out Bush, Bill Clinton, Jimmy Carter. Search them all and see if they are storing anything classified and whether they had a secure storage. Hillary's server definitely did not quality.
Not about locking him up. It's about keeping that nutcase and his East Euro trash from having the codes, you bunch of deadbeats.
^😂😂😂😂 “The codes”…. You mean 2 year old nuclear codes work? WaPo sure fooled you with a bunch of bullshit.
By the way, the word nuclear doesn’t show up on the heavily redacted affidavit or the super broad warrant the FBI used.
It would look bad if he was prosecuted for simply having classified information, because he can claim as President he has the power to classify or declassify It does not appear there are any real nuclear codes that he could play around with, plus no real proof that he was using any of the documents to get any type of advantage over anyone.
If the DOJ prosecutes for simple possession it will definitely come across as a political prosecution and not much more.
thedon. And they will need to reopen their investigation into Hillary and all the bullshit she had that was totally unsecured. Even Comey said it was not secure.
I am gonna laugh my ass off at all of your liberal socialist fucks when Trump gets elected again on the back of skyrocketing energy and fuel costs, 12% inflation, and a general malaise throughout the country.

@thedon60
The classified documents thing is fuzzy, but only because he is an ex-president. If it is found that he shared ANY of that classified material with anyone else then that is a different story.
The charge that has the most traction is the obstruction of justice. After the subpoena, his lawyers filed a pleading saying that Trump had no more "responsive material". In essence, that is legalize for "Fuck you, that's all we have - don't ask again!" That they found more classified materials during the Mar-a-Lago search is a clear case of lying to the feds.
Remember Martha Stewart: She was investigated for insider trading, but that is not what she went to prison for. She went to prison for lying to federal investigators. Many times in an investigation it is too sketchy for the prosecution to go forward on the main charges. But when one gets caught lying to them, then that is low hanging fruit!
The obstruction aspect on Trump is a hard lock! He may get out from under it by stating that his attorney did that without his knowledge or consent, but I doubt it. And if he tries that, the attorney will probably throw him under the bus. In any case, I think he will get hit with, and convicted of (or plead guilty to) the obstruction charge. Whether he actually goes to prison or not is another issue.
The obstruction charge would probably only be a 6 month sentence. Given that he is an ex-president and still entitled to Secret Service protection, they will argue that it would be untenable for him to be in prison (along with his Secret Service detail), so they would probably slap an ankle monitor on him and have him serve a term under house arrest.
People will scream that he is getting special treatment, but it is the hard reality of his position.

Don the Con. Just wish Trump supporters would think for themselves for once. Stop watching Fox News. Trump thinks his own supporters are stupid. I wonder why. You might be broke, get a job. Trump supporters always blaming someone else for there short comings. Face it u were born stupid and easily fooled. Use that pea brain just once. Stop fooling a con man blindly. The only thing racist Trump cares about is Trump.

First, everyone who commits a crime should be punished for it. Whether it's Trump, Hilary, Obama....it doesn't matter. They all should pay for crimes that they committed.
Second, I understand the mentality Trump's supports have in defending him. If he ends up being prosecuted (let's not even discuss a potential prison sentence, which could be 20 years....that's likely not going to happen). But his prosecution will reflect badly on his supporters, so psychologically, I understand why you're defending him.
Third, what he did with the top secret documents is illegal even for a President. These are highly classified documents that should never be moved from where they are typically housed. They are highly sensitive and cannot be declassified without a very specific process to ensure the documents and the information contained within them do not get into the wrong hands.
You guys have to think critically about such matters. This is not a normal situation. Shit like this has never happened before. Presidents don't typically take such documents, and they never lie about them because Presidents should be putting the country first. There were MULTIPLE informants in this case who informed the FBI of the location of the documents. This is a very serious case that needs to be prosecuted.
rich, FAUX Misinformation is not on their list anymore. it is too mainstream for their tastes now.
^ The fact of the matter is this; they didn't even need any informants to tell them that Trump had classified documents - the clerk who's job it is to know where every one of the classified documents for the entire country KNEW that Trump was still in possession of classified material simply because that was the last place they were seen (the oval office) and they were never returned. The informants probably only provided information on "where" those files might be found at Mar-a-Lago.
The next bomb to hit MAY be this: The classified documents clerk knew that there were 12 files (or more) of classified material were still outstanding after the subpoena and the "no more responsive material" letter by Trump, but only 11 were found during the subsequent Mar-a-Lago search. Things will really get hot then, and yes, somebody will be going to jail if that is the case. May not be Trump, but it will be someone very close to him.
???? Why is it that everyone close to Trump goes to jail????,,?? Cohen, Trump supporters on Jan.6th. Etc. Etc. Etc. Wake the F up morons. But I don't have confidence they will wake up. Learned a long time ago there are alot of morons in the world. And there always will be.

like you guys have your little pp's out in circle jerk
have a little patience without blabbing nukes and spies for sale...it's quite funny...we've been here before and got nada
seeing how it's playing out...looking like it
let's see
There will come a time here very shortly where Trump's honor (or lack thereof) will be for all the world to see. If there are any classified files still outstanding and Trump is in the crosshairs for espionage (and possibly treason), I have no doubt, whatsoever, that he will throw anyone and everyone under the bus before he takes the blame for it.
"I didn't know he took that file. I didn't give it to him!" or his favorite line - "I hardly knew the guy!"

it more like, the rational ones, the ones who are logical, the ones who have a sense of law are at a loss on how some can defend a known criminal. just ask anyone in NY, he had been screwing them in the city for years. not to mention banks would no longer loan 45 money cause he was a habitually claiming bankruptcy so he didnt have to pay people. you know, people who did work at his place.
"Trump has filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy for his companies six times. Three of the casino bankruptcies came during the recession of the early 1990s and the Gulf War, both of which contributed to hard times in Atlantic City, New Jersey's gambling facilities. He also entered a Manhattan hotel and two casino holding companies into bankruptcy."
"Chapter 11 bankruptcy allows companies to restructure or wipe away much of their debt to other companies, creditors, and shareholders while remaining in business but under the supervision of a bankruptcy court. Chapter 11 is often called "reorganization" because it allows the business to emerge from the process more efficient and on good terms with its creditors."

“ the clerk who's job it is to know where every one of the classified documents for the entire country KNEW that Trump was still in possession”
This person doesn’t exist.

Mr boob. There is a donkey in TJ that has your name on it. He will help you find Jesus.

@sleepyone
Then who do you suppose keeps track of all of it? Do you think it is on the honor system? Even the local librarian won't let you have a book without keeping track of it!
@Mad4boobs
I don't see Trump claiming BK on multiple occasions as anything close to criminal. He was actually pretty savvy to do so. Stupid in business, but smart to recover from bad decisions. But that does not speak to his honor, or morality in doing so. And if he ever entered into a loan KNOWING that he was going to claim BK and not repay it then that is fraud - but almost impossible to prove without an inside rat!
Personally, I wouldn't loan the guy a penny, and it sounds like the U.S. banks are pretty much in agreement. Hence his desire (or need) to go outside the U.S. for financing. This whole shit-show that he has starred in for the past 6 years is going to hurt him bigtime! I doubt that anyone will lend him money again. His brand is tarnished beyond repair. The kids will inherit an empty shell, and a sad legacy.

“@sleepyone

There are billions of classified documents and their derivatives circulating, being created, and moving at every moment of each and every single day. One person does not track all of that. There is no librarian that tracks everything. This is a myth you made up.
Classified documents are tracked by the custodians of the documents and each and every individual agency. The amount of people who track documents in in the tens of thousands.
This idea you came up with that one individual can do this let’s me know you don’t know anything about this topic.
For one person to be able to track all the classified documents moving around, they’d have to be God. Nothing less.

I really am thinking this thing is a lot more about doc's that Trump declassified before he left office that he wants the public to see that the Democrats DONT want the public to see.
The DOJ wont make them public even now and Trump has the only copies...
That’s ok. What you think and what are facts tend to be in two separate universes.
Fact is:
Some documents in Trump’s possession are so highly classified they cannot be declassified. The compromise active intelligence gathering and the agents in the field. The kind that ever, ever should have been moved from their secure storage.
If Trump wanted these documents made public to damage Democrats he would have done that by now.or at least he would have said something to the effect. No such garbage ever came out of his mouth, just a “monkey howling that his hand is in the cookie jar.”

In Navy v Egan it was already determined that the president can classify and declassify anything and everything at will.

Yawn.
