You two brainiacs understand it's a patent infringement suit, right?
|

Flappy figured out what the link was about on his very own!
Nice job... 🤣🤡

Naaa, didn't follow the link to banned.tv.video.batshit.crazy.org, just going by your comments
|

Comments had nothing to do with the link, brainiac.

I can spell it out for you, slowly, in detail, using a big font, maybe colors, but not sure anything would really click.
I do think you two are adorable.

I reject extremism in any form! As soon as I see Banned.Video or anything from Alex Jones, I immediately click away. I am not a sheep! I do not look for others to formulate my opinions on religious or political matters, especially when their main objective is to simply make money from their fanatical, conspiracy inspired followers.
I will occasionally listen to another individual's take on any issue (like here on HX) but when their views and opinions become obviously biased, or hateful, I disregard their statements as simply more conspiracy inspired nonsense.
I look for intelligent debate, free from name calling or making statements that are not based in fact. But realizing that there is so much polarization these days on just about any subject, I am even suspicious of just about anything I read, or hear - from any source. The only way I find it tolerable to deal with it is the bucket approach: I will listen to a wide range of input, then I make a decision on which was based mostly on fact, followed next by rejecting that which is obviously mean-spirited hyperbole. What is left is the only thing worth considering.
Since the inception of the world wide web, and the explosive growth of "Keyboard Kowboys" (and yes, you know who you are), it has become an almost intolerable effort to stay connected to the outside world without developing a feeling of dread and impending doom. The polarization is typical of a tribe that grows too big and finds itself splitting into factions - a tribe that has lost it's focus on unity and mutual security.
Once upon a time - journalist were taught that their job was to report the news - not make the news. That has obviously changed. They respect no boundaries on ethical behavior. These days it seems like everyone with a smartphone or laptop is vying for attention with their fucked up sense of reality and nonsensical views on just about any subject. Between the professional (and unethical) journalist, the podcasters, and the bloggers; we really don't stand a chance of ever knowing, or understanding the truth about anything!
Makes a person seriously consider moving to a deserted island! Seems like that is the only place left in this world where one might actually find some peace! Maybe if I make enough money I will do just that!

^ BTW - that post is clear proof why someone should not start drinking before 10am!

Don't sell yourself short, I think your drinking and blogging go well together.

"Once upon a time - journalist were taught that their job was to report the news - not make the news. That has obviously changed. They respect no boundaries on ethical behavior."
Yes, we no longer have journalists. They are all political hacks, supporting one side of the spectrum or the other. They don't have any desire to cover the other side or even show that another side or version exists. They quote anonymous sources, but those sources have not been vetted. They make NO effort to verify the accuracy of a source. They cherry pick statistics and twist numbers to match their narrative.
"News agencies" like CNN all of a sudden find themselves with NO viewers and then need to clean house and try to bring things back to the center. However, these new sources have permanently burned their bridges and have NO credibility.

You're sure making lots of blanket statements that have no basis in fact, so I appreciate the irony.
Anyway, I have a nail appointment, then may jerk off, and will probably plant some more tomatoes.
You guys have a great afternoon!
By the way, if you ever get a PM from me without a text, it's probably not me.

And Fox has so much credibility. I mean Trump/Fox News. What a joke.

"In this video, we break down this latest crazy news and what we really should be focusing on."
that alone should tell you the clip is about conspiracy than the copyright issue.
"Moderna is suing Pfizer and its German partner BioNTech for patent infringement in the development of the first Covid-19 vaccine approved in the United States, alleging they copied technology that Moderna developed years before the pandemic."
"Just a decade old, Moderna, based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, had been an innovator in the messenger RNA (mRNA) vaccine technology that enabled the unprecedented speed in developing the Covid-19 vaccine."
"An approval process that previously took years was completed in months, thanks largely to the breakthrough in mRNA vaccines, which teach human cells how to make a protein that will trigger an immune response."
there, that is it. no star chamber calling the shots.....

@flappynutsack
I can point to the exact point in time that journalism did a 180 degree turn in ethics. 1968. That was the start of "60 Minutes", and started the phenomenon of "ambush journalism". It undermined the war in Vietnam and has set the bar for journalist from that time forward. The only thing that counts these days is "creating" a story that makes the headlines. And if it bleeds (if it bleeds - it leads) then so much the better!

One corporation suing another for patent infringement is an everyday occurrence. No real news here - just more hyperbole!
|
|
'One corporation suing another for patent infringement is an everyday occurrence. No real news here'
Except that WE THE PEOPLE paid for that research and the product - which moderna & phizer have made billions on with no consequences.
THAT'S the problem!

Anyone who believes anything that InfoWars/Banned.Video says is an mentally challenged... sorry.

Same goes FOR CNN. 🤡 Network.

angler, how so? i hear so much about how you and the extreme right wing say things are bad, but never the why.....care to explain?
|
|
Trump says he loves the poorly educated.
He must have given AF Madness a big wet kiss.
|
|
@Atticus_Finch
Well that's old news too! Just look at the ride the military industrial complex has taken us on since WWII.
|
|
typical, the extreme right wing gets their feathers ruffled when government spending goes against their ideology. schools and students = no good, wasteful military spending (F-39 @ 1 trillion) = ok....??? how is that wall going?
|
|
I will presume you mean F-35....LOL. The F-39 is a bomber aircraft of the Czechoslovakian Air Force....
But at least we have an airplane to show for the money.
We keep pissing billions into education and our students get dumber by the minute and get lower and lower scores.
|
|
yes, the F-35 and pissing money into education?? sad you think like that. anyhow:
"The US Air Force Quietly Admits the F-35 Is a Failure"
".....As for how much it’ll actually cost to build that 4.5th-generation fighter? The F-35 was pitched to Congress and the world as a way of saving money. Today, estimates of the lifetime cost of the aircraft program, including R&D, exceed $1.5 trillion. The price of a supposedly cheaper 4.5-generation plane could easily match or exceed the F-35’s flyaway cost by the time all is said and done, though hopefully any future aircraft would still manage to offer a much lower cost per hour."
talk about pissing...
but lets try and stay on topic, how is the lawsuit an issue?? cause its under the biden admin?

My understanding is that Amgen is developing a drug to help protect against becoming a whiny ass man bitch. The drug should be a Blockbuster and a best seller on HX. Hopefully they won't use manboob during the trials because I don't think there will ever be a cure for his whiny ass man bitchiness
|
|
manboobs, you drifted off onto talking about education and brought up the F39...LOL.
Yes, the F35 has been a huge cost overrun. Welcome to the R&D of manufacturing. Nothing is guaranteed to be successful. You hope it isn't a failure, but the Pentagon set up the failure with the expectations for this craft. The Pentagon decided it wanted a single aircraft that could hover like a Harrier, fly supersonic like an Eagle, sneak past defenses like a Nighthawk, and land on carriers like a Super Hornet. OOPs. Hard to put in a single craft.
To get all of that in one package, it costs a boatload of money. And when this craft was initially being designed, we just didn't have the technology. People who have flown it, say great things...it is just damn expensive.
But we have planes to show.
The current educational system is an abysmal failure, certainly here in California, where we spend more than other states and get far less for our money. Woke bullshit, critical race theory, etc. are now in vogue versus learning reading, writing, math, science and technology.

^ BTW - that post is clear proof why someone should not start drinking before 10am!
Why would you wait until 10am?
Hell, why even stop and then just have to start again just because of some arbitrary time thingy?
As to MRNA, down from $500 to $137, this is what you do when you're not making money from your main product anymore. It's the American way.........sue!

Leave this dead horse alone.

Goebbels your gerontological social worker is looking for you. It has been 3 months since you changed your catheter.

Sweet of you to always be thinking of me
Will I get flowers soon, sugartits?
|

"pissing money into education?? sad you think like that. anyhow:"
If we had a any indication that the more money we spend on education had a positive effect I'd understand you sentiment ... but sadly that is not the case students are almost universally performing at low levels never seen before.
The issues in education are obviously not going to be remedied by more money.
|
|
Crazy to me that these companies were paid by the Taxpayer to develop the vaccine and SHARE information have the ability to sue each other over IP that once again was not developed with their money.
If I were a judge I'd laugh the lawyers of both sides out of the court while fixing them billions for wasting the courts time.

I here Montana is Beautiful this time of year

Oh and sitting on that Military Industrial Complex ride was a nice experience. Sitting on that pension check until death does us part. At least death won't be because of a mRNA experimental shot and it's off spring..

You are such a fucking pylon. Go the fuck away and take you stupid opinions with you. You are a troll.
Ladies.....more boobies.
|

No judgement here but what exactly does "being a pylon" mean?
