Yeah…. Use the fucking network for what it is. Dude doesn’t show up to an appointment? Give him a red in reliability. Then when he racks up 20 reliability negatives and is unable to meet with anyone, maybe he’ll learn his lesson.
And if a chick takes a deposit but doesn’t fulfill her end of the obligation, she’s a rob.got the money but didn’t earn it? Sounds like a ROB to me.

Good morning everyone! Can someone please contact me, admin? Thank you. Apparently someone in charge of money/financials ON HERE must not care for me much OR not know what they are doing because it is technically stealing considering how much (i wrote a pm shortly ago since even though it took my money for about A YEARS WORTH OF MAIL- it gave me NOT ONE AND SAYS I AM NEGATIVE 1500 something!??! Wow. Proof/screenshots etc or IT NEVER happened. But on tol
Topic as well- just me but I do not ask for a deposit ever but I do screen.
Also I have amazing reviews and I have been around for a while now here to where why… what the…? Hater(s)? Idk. But that sucks. Contact me. Be solid. This is why I don’t come on here too often when I want to and should! I don’t deserve to pay for like a years worth of mail etc. and I have it all (yes duly noted and screenshot) taken my money YET- I cannot read mail or write it privately sooo here I am! Help. so here I am writing this in public that sucks … BTW hi everyone … nothin but love and miss some of you hahaha .. seems personal but whatever. Grumpy- muah! 😘🤘💯
I wrote a msg to admin on contact form and you can see for yourself in my account what I’m sayin. Kk? Thanx. No deposit haha. Xo, Devin in Vegas

Every time you log onto HX, you agree that this website urges all website users not to use the Network Rating system to decide whether to meet any other website Users.
Guys rate guys and somehow ladies think they are trustworthy. lol

Whoever is admin and can see the transactions please help so I do nott have to post in a freakin public forum- i paid for ALOT of months and all today cause it was not going thru- they ALL went through and I CANNOT READ ANY PRIVATE msgs or anything hence why Hence i am here and apologize but why is that happening? Grumpy etc- It charged me like 6 times and now says I have negative points instead of being able to access my mail/profile etc BUUUT I can post HERE? Fml
I know your frustrated by why are you Grumpy.
I bet it has to do with the email address you have for verification or perhaps the form of payment.
Scenario: the cc you are using is not recognized by the system and the email address does not match?
Just a looney stab at what may be taking place.
It's rare that this happened to you so many times.
@1inamilliiLA
That is a weird one for sure. Until management can get your account fixed, I transferred enough points to you to cover the negative balance. Hope that helps.
NOT THE CASE. I HAVE HAD THE POINTS in my account - MY PAYMENTS were all legit. And in my account. I kept trying to press the “unlock mail” and it would not work. Now, It shows (proof) on my account page that it did IN FACT charge me about 5 or 6 times today all in a row all the sudden so I can check my mail etc- BUT…. Nope. I can’t. This sucks. Help? Thanks so much for the help btw but it literally put me negative -1500+ yet still locked out of mail etc. what the hellll? Thanx .. sheesh
The only other thing I can think of is that since the transactions were done today they may be under review until adequately posted to your account. I've never had that happen before, the transactions have always been immediate - but who know ("the Shadow do!" and site management!)

Did you send in a Support ticket to the Admins ?

Back on topic (Deposits):
I hate asking for them, but sometimes they are absolutely warranted. However, it almost always evolves around "failed performance." However, I do require deposits for multi-hour visits scheduled for more than 48 hours in advance. Why? I need to make sure they are serious if I am going to tell 40 or 50 people between now and then that the time they want is not available (burned resource). If they cancel at least 48 hours in advance I will offer to refund the deposit or apply to a time that they can make. If they cancel 24-48 hours in advance it will depend on their reason (not to be confused with an excuse) as to how I handle it, but more than likely I will offer to refund or apply to a future visit. If they cancel with less than 24 hours the deposit is subject to (but not automatically) being forfeited.
Up until this point, there is no permanent change in their status as a potential client (and no network flagging). However,
If they cancel less than 2 hours from the appointment time then the deposit will definitely not be returned, and I will note their profile that any future appointments will need to be paid in full BEFORE actually scheduling the appointment. A network flag may or may not be warranted.
If they are a NCNS then I may require a deposit from them to even carry on a conversation with them in the future, much less set an appointment. And most definitely they will get a network flag. I am reluctant to throw shade on someone unless it is absolutely warranted, but will when it is appropriate.
Having said all of that, there are always exceptions to the rules. I have a repeating HX client that has been super reliable and dependable. Set up an appointment with him, rented a hotel room close to him specifically to see him, confirmed the appointment the evening before - then he was a NCNS. This sudden change in behavior was not like him and it made me stop and think of the possibilities: He's in the hospital? He's in jail? He's dead? Wife found his HX account and he wished he was dead? I never even considered the possibility that he just flaked. I did not flag him on my network, and would not, until I found out the real reason. Two months later he finally contacted me again and explained, which I found totally reasonable. Booked another session with him (did not require a deposit) and had a great time. We are back on track now, and I'm glad I didn't flag him on my network, which would have caused a contentious relationship with him and losing him as a good client.
I call it the 3-F's: Firm, Fair, yet Flexible.

Man you got problems if your seeing 40 or 50 people a day.

That's a firm no on deposits. Just asking for trouble
The comment I said earlier about "Skin in the Game" applies to us girls too. I've developed a pretty good network and would have to be a complete fool to jeopardize that over something as simple as even a "short-changed" dispute over $10. Don't be "Penny wise - dollar foolish!" Stiffing someone over a deposit would most certainly result in the lose of potentially thousands of dollars of business. Simply doesn't make sense. IN MY OPINION, the only thing that could possibly explain someone doing something like that (on purpose, and without cause) is a chemical dependency problem, where the dependence, urge, and need is the ONLY THING THAT MATTERS AT THAT MOMENT - future be damned! I'm sure we have all had someone that we know that fits that profile.
Deposit beggers are part of this entitlement generation who think somebody owes them something
Then they wonder why they have nothing. Stop begging for deposits and go out an "earn" your money.
Make sure youre doing your research on the provider of your booking. Check if they have established reviews on multiple sites, active social media, and preferably their own website.
All these super hot girls with low rates saying anything goes but they need a deposit are almost always a scam
Goddam no wonder your the Matrix. You're a 3 dimensional asshole talking like that.
And BTW - I usually don't ask for a deposit from a Level 1+ HX person because I understand and see value that they have "Skin in the Game" that they don't want to jeopardize. Deposit requirements are usually for those guys that accessed HX profiles without being active on HX, found the information on TER or USAS**GUIDE, or any of those other outside places where they can find the means to contact us via email or text. In my experience, that is where all the jerks are coming from. But, the majority of those contacts turn out to be good clients too so we can't just ignore them.
But too bad there isn't a question on the network rating system that simply asks, "Handles deposit requirements fairly, with honor and integrity (if applicable)"
(Answer)
YES - NO - N/A
People pay deposits in a lot of service industries. It’s to avoid wasting our time, not entitlement.
But actually .. yes if I’m going to f*ck you (a stranger) I think I’m entitled to some proof of commitment lol
I only require deposits for outcalls and no/new profiles
Don't compare yourself to a legit business registered with the state (which you are not)
Those deposits have ways of being recouped and an agreement or contract signed beforehand
You think you chicks provide ways of recouping deposits.. don't think so
@TheMatrixx
I mean no disrespect, but your post about "deposit beggars" instantly put a thought in my head. Please help me understand it: (again, I do not mean this to be criticism, I am just curious)
Have you have been burned before on a deposit requirement?
Per chance, did that happen as a result of contacting someone on Backpage, Bedpage, or Craigslist?
And more importantly, have you ever been burned by a Level 1+ person from HX?
never been asked for a deposit, and dont know if I would pay it if asked politely...I wish the deposit could be held in "escrow", just for the fact if you get to the location and the provider has either done a bait and switch or is nothing at all like the photos, then I have np problem at losing the deposit and walking away...but if you are asking for face verification, I think Im entitled to the same courtesy...just my .02
Deposits would never be a problem if it weren't for the scam artists who've come before and ripped people off. So ladies, don't be mad at us for not wanting to deposit, be mad at the scammy ones before you that have broken the trust.
It's not about being burned a deposit is supposed to be done through a contract set of terms
and have ways for both parties to be able recoup funds in the event one party doesn't fulfill there obligation
Anything short of that is just another form of begging for money. People get burned all the time what you think somebody deserves a deposit every time they get burned or lose money on something
That is the ultimate form of entitlement
A request for a deposit automatically rules out anyone who doesn't want to leave an electronic trail.

@TheMatrixx
If I were to draw up a contract delineating the details of our appointment, Date, Time, Place, Duration, favors asked for and promised, including a deposit requirement - would you sign it?
This is a totally different game than that which you like to compare to. But you are in luck, because in California, verbal contracts carry the same weight as written ones; they are just harder to prove. And even though there is no escrow, there is the network system here on HX to expose those with obvious fraudulent intent.
So, YOU contact a girl (usually not the other way around), express a desire to see her and she asks for a deposit (BTW - a Level 0 with no network might actually encounter this). So you look on her network and see that she has a decent amount of entries and that there seems to be some consistency to those network entries (no big lapses in dates), and does not have any red flags. Really, what are the odds that this person has JUST DECIDED to start burning people for deposits and you are going to be their very first victim?
Put the test of reasonability to it - if you ever intend to actually see someone. We often hear (maybe too many times) that things are not always black and white. I can sum that concept up within this context with one word - "EMPATHY" Two people doing the exact same thing might be doing it for totally different reasons. If you never have a desire to understand their point of view, or why they feel or act the way that they do, you will probably never connect with them, as a person, a friend, a confidant, or even an "occasional part-time girlfriend."

All the level 0’s with their anti-sex worker opinions makes me lol

Online gift cards are crypto are discreet options for deposit fyi

@Justify
Just wanted to take a moment to thank you for engaging in a thoughtful conversation (if not debate) in a civil manner. Your points are well taken and very thoughtful. An Escrow would be a magnificent idea. I wonder if Elon Musk would consider giving some thought to that!
If you're looking for a deposit you won't find it on this site you better get your crypto money from PD
PD is where all the delusional entitled women go to in mass don't bring that nonsense over here

Interesting discussion. The reason I started the blog, was that someone who I wanted to see asked me for a small deposit. That was the first time that I had been asked by someone other than an obvious scam person who was in quarantine.
I, for one, would never agree to a deposit. I don't care if its anonymous or not. Any "contract" that someone could write would have 0 merit. So you ghost me after getting the deposit, this "contract" would do what exactly?
Answer: Absolutely nothing.
And yes, I am speaking from a place where I have agreed to this 1 time and got scammed. I marked it up as a learning experience that cost me $100.
Old saying "one bad apple ruins the bunch" is why I don't trust it. Levels be dammed.
It is the Charlie question when you do the 2 minute rating. Would I trust someone I met here once with their friend for $1000? I have only ever said Yes to this once, and that person is no longer here.
Solution is simple. Don't give a deposit. Any guy who does will be back on here a month later complaining about how she took his deposit and never answered his texts blah blah.
I wish there was a yellow rating not good not bad just someone who you wouldn’t recommend either hygiene being late being a flake always talking never actually meeting someone to rough etc.
@ jimmmys
There are a lot of girls that dont show up for appointments. I have solution for this.
Guys start asking ladies for same reasons they are asking for deposit.
I would be fair answer to is.
Lets see how will they feel!!
* asking for deposit
Sorry
@Autofill
There is actually some merit to be found in that! I think that would be an excellent way to put an end to the bait and switch problem, as long as it didn't go too far and you wanted to not return a deposit because the girl was 10 lbs heavier than her pics!
@OP
I think by now you probably have the answer to your question - there is no answer! But I will say this, with you long history of being on the site, coupled with your extensive blemish free network, I don't see why anyone would ask you for a deposit! So I think you would be right to be suspicious.
Ladies say no haggling
Men say no deposits
Those are two firm NOs
