A socialist calling somebody else a sheep!

When Trump said he can shoot a man dead live on TV and his base will still vote for him...he was not kidding. He was dead serious cause its true.
|
|
hey, gbs, i know its hard for you people to stay on topic but try. my political alignment is not the issue, the fact that the fbi is closing in on your savior is.
|
|
Oh my bad, your political alignment has no bearing on your bias.
And, you're a completely impartial reporter of the facts.
Right, got it, thank you for setting me straight.
You guys on both sides are funny as shit
Do you purposely say stupid shit or are you just too dumb to realize it?
|
|
One side has Infowars and the other has MSNBC
You're all just bat shit crazy, ignore reality at all times and spout stupid shit from both sides of your mouths 24/7/365.

Now we are quoting Rolling Stone.
So they took a picture of documents on the floor for the media to apply a narrative towards... Big deal
I dont give a hoot if they say "Classified" or not.
Somehow you need to stop ignoring the fact that the lead investigator who opened the case is no longer with the FBI as a result of internal whistleblowers.
Add to that Merrick Garland issuing a memo to instruct agents ( whistleblowers) NOT to talk to Congress... 🤔
And Merrick Garland also says there should be no special master to review recovered items. 🤨
Basically he wants no transparency on this as evident by the heavily redacted affidavit. Nothing to see here.

The claim that the FBI had planted or manipulated the documents in Trump’s home, despite Trump admitting that they were there and openly discussing his communications with investigators regarding the documents, already has a foothold amongst right wing commentators.
Others, including the House Judiciary GOP Twitter account, fixated on the fact that a box in the image contained a partial view of a Time magazine cover as evidence of a nefarious plot.
“Notice the FBI even staged the Time Mag cover here – they made sure of it,” added right-wing commentator Jack Posobiec. “You are watching a movie.”
"Some are going even further, arguing that the fact that the FBI photographed the documents is evidence in itself that their contents are not actually that secret or sensitive. It should be noted here that the cover sheets of documents are not classified material, and are placed on the documents to help prevent unauthorized individuals (including FBI agents) from viewing their contents."
“Trump’s presidential records were so sensitive and in need of protection that FBI agents seized them from storage, dumped them all over the floor, and took pictures of them so BlueAnons could post pics of them on Twitter,” added Sean Davis of The Federalist. “Merrick Garland is as incompetent as he is corrupt.”
Others, despite having degrees from Harvard Law School, are happy to call a public court filing a “leak” in the interest of making things seem more sinister.
"Trump’s legal council must submit their response to the DOJ’s filing by 8 p.m. Wednesday. The DOJ is expected to present its arguments against the appointment of a “special master” on Thursday in a hearing before Judge Aileen Cannon. Trump’s army of talking heads can be expected to present a new batch of absurd talking points shortly thereafter."
|
|
sorry jr, you are making claims but no backing. where is your info from? in order to present a case, there should be some backing. i know most of you go purely off of hearsay, but real people need something more.
|
|
Trump still had the authority to declassify anything at will as president. Their photo is funny and hilariously desperate and sad.
|
|
sleepy, sadly you are wrong:
"DOJ found that only a few items retrieved by the FBI from Mar-a-Lago were covered by attorney-client privilege, potentially undercutting a Trump defense"
"The DOJ said it had examined documents retrieved by the FBI from its Mar-a-Lago raid."
"It said only a small number of them were covered by attorney-client privilege."
"Trump has sought to claim this privilege to shield the documents from being examined."
|
|
i know this is becoming a constant thing, but sleepy, where did you hear that information?
|
|
The Democratic party, the DOJ, the Senate, the House, the FBI and who knows what other governmental agency have been saying they got Trump for 6 years now. Still a nothingburger.
|
|
A Special Master still makes sense as it woul be unfair to have the DOJ and FBI to be the only agencies to examine all the docs plus privilege issues

Mad4cock needs to pay attention to more credible news sources.

Agent leaves FBI amid accusations of political bias in handling of Hunter Biden case
|
|
Hunter Biden? Still on that dead horse?
Stay on topic: Trump about to go jail as more evidence is found and defense gets more preposterous.
At this point Trumptards won’t believe a crime has been committed if they were in the actual room with Trump his himself while holding top secret secure documents, and you would argue that is an actor and this is all staged.

All you need to know
Fucktards are afraid of Orange man. Really afraid. Keep him in the news make Biden small
Maybe this will help
RUSSIA RUSSIA RUSSIA

Of course, even beyond attorney client privilege, the FBI were to remove documents that had classified noted on them.
They took everything, including Trumps passports from a desk drawer. The master is totally needed to sort out what was actually taken compared to what the warrant authorized. FBI totally stepped across the line.

Hey Shitcan
Please do HX and all of us a favor and pull your head out of your ass.
After that go to your search engine and enter...
"FBI personnel ask for Christopher Wray to step down"
Many stories, take you pick.
I think the rank & file have had it with the partisan hacks at the top.
Then you can shove your head back up your ass.

Here my talking point "But department officials are not expected to file charges imminently, if they ever do.” -NY Times....
Hmm if he broke the law and it's as much of a slam dunk as the peanut gallery thinks ... why wouldn't they?!
Obviously the NY Times much like a few morons here think it's just ok to throw innuendo and rumor on the front page but further down .... the opinion that basically alludes to the lack of meat in the case against Trump. But that's ok I'm pretty sure meat isn't on the news menu for a few of you guys.
|
|
In the end he may very well not get charged with anything but out of political reasons more than anything. The DOJ lead by Biden administration wouldn’t want to upset Trumpland any more than needed. Which is so stupid because they are a lost cause and beyond repair.
We got people like Snowden running for his life and Reality Winner in jail for knowingly taking classified documents. This is the same crime.
|
|
^ not exactly genious.... Ed and lackofreality had no authority to declassified much less even view alot of what they downloaded.
Soooo not the same. But good try!!
|
|
It's kinda like the librarian at the national archives. They can inventory said documents but they cannot view them ...there ya go.

Sigh. The DOJ never moves quickly and when dealing with an ex president the deference is going to be understandably broad. But once the FBI searches your property there is a 93% chance you are on your way to jail.
This is not overly complicated. Violation of the Espionage Act is his most salient crime. The documents do not need to be deemed declassified in order for it to be a crime, and that seems to be his only defense. The brief his lawyers submitted today is the most incompetent I have ever seen in 25 years. Any first year law student would be told by their instructors they should consider withdrawal if they wrote a brief like that.
Two criminal statutes have been violated by removing, concealing, or mutilating records. Again, it does not matter if he claims he declassified them (which he did not). It is still illegal.
Any private citizen would already be indicted by now. The complications are strictly political, not legal.
The choice is simple. You believe in America as a nation of laws under which we are all equal or you do not. There are no caveats, no whataboutisms, no footnotes, no nuances. Make a choice. If your answer is you do not believe that then well...I am sorry for you.

Trump about to go jail as more evidence is found and defense gets more preposterous.
LOL! You and the rest of the TDS crowd have been saying this for 6 years now. I'd laugh but it really is sad....
"Oh, we really got him this time !!!"
I swear, it seems some of you go to bed dreaming about Trump and he's the first person you think of when you wake. Some life...
|
|
"The DOJ never moves quickly and when dealing with an ex president the deference is going to be understandably broad. "
Cite your example since you framed it like you have prior knowledge of the DoJ dealing with ex Presidents.
Ohhh no example ? ... so just regurgitating something you heard from a bloviating moron who like you has only one motivation in life.... sounding like a complete buffoon.

Faux news & Breitbart seem to attract the the dull-witted. These political blogs prove my point.

"It said only a small number of them were covered by attorney-client privilege."
"Trump has sought to claim this privilege to shield the documents from being examined."
Declassification authority has nothing to do with attorney client privilege. Please don’t talk about topics you have no clue about.

Adding the TIME Magazine in the picture was a nice touch.
"Knock Knock"?
Really?
|

Yeah, that picture is really a made by Hollywood shit to get the narrative across.
|

Hey look, Trump May no longer be President but still guilty of obstruction!
|
|
Hey Shitcan you need to go get laid stop political blogging loser
|
|
I'm pretty sure Epstein kept his mouth shut, unlike Trump that thinks if he can stir up enough shit about it his troops will rise up again and make a second run on the Capitol. The DOJ is merely pushing back against the absurd claims that Trump is making. Plus, they know the secret that every salesman, investigator, negotiator, and therapist knows; If you keep a person talking long enough they will eventually tell you EVERYTHING you need, or want, to know! His mouth and his tweets will be his undoing! The DOJ just stirs the pot a little and Trump rises to the challenge and says something even stupider than before.
Trump's problem is that he thinks he is always the smartest guy in the room and can talk or weasel his way out of anything. Unfortunately, he has met his match. The DOJ and the FBI have high recruitment standards, then they give them the best education possible in criminal investigative and prosecution techniques. Anybody who thinks they can outsmart these guys is an absolute fool! The common advice that any lawyer will give you when DOJ or FBI gets involved is KEEP YOUR DAMN MOUTH SHUT! DO NOT FUCK WITH THESE GUYS!

Got laid. Seeing her again tonight after work.

“ Did the FBI leak any pictures of the Epstein raid ? That’s all you need to know about the FBI”
@parabol
The picture that was in the DOJ’s brief is of evidence that Trump had the Top Secret documents. The raid by the FBI was necessary because Trump lied that he had given all classified documents back. If the documents were declassified, as alleged by Trump, it would have been printed on the cover of each classified document. It wasn’t as you can see in the picture, which is why the FBI’s picture was included in DOJ’s brief.
The documents included the identities of spies and informants and are highly classified and could result in their deaths and can compromise our national security. They can’t be shared with anyone. Trump had access to them but wasn’t allowed to take them out of the controlled areas where the documents are housed.
For him to have them on his desk, unlocked, with guests at his hotel is insane. Anyone with two brain cells (even you, parabol) should be able to understand that.
To all you traitors, think like patriots for a change. If Biden or Obama would have done this, all of you losers would be yelling to have them locked in jail. Enough with the double standards.

I'll leave this here and see what happens
"Thibault, a 25-year-veteran of the agency, was accused by whistleblowers of thwarting the investigation into Hunter Biden’s laptop, after it surfaced at a Delaware computer repair shop in 2020. At the time, Democrats and members of the intelligence community claimed the laptop was part of a Russian disinformation campaign. It was later verified as Biden’s by several media outlets, but not until after the 2020 presidential election."
Looks like it's 1 to 1 between the FBI and Trump.
Comey handed him the first election when he revisited the HRC email bullshit
Then, fibbies fucked up his second go around by burying relevant info
And, there you have American politics, ain't it grand
Please let's not have a tie breaker
|
|
"Enough with the double standards."
Coming from MA???
|
|
Karl Rove just threw Trump under the bus.
Said that none of the documents should have been taken out of the White House. And this mess was entirely created by Trump.
|
|
When the subject is Trump's wrong doings, and then someone wants to confuse the debate by bringing up Joe Biden, Barrack Obama, Hunter Biden, Hillary Clinton, then it is pretty obvious that they are running out of ammunition to support Trump.
2 wrongs don't make a right! What ANYBODY did has nothing to do with what Trump has done!

Democrats run cities to the ground.
Name 1 democrat city that isn’t a shithole????
