Would anyone be able to tell/show me how to resize my photos...I want to upload some for these lovely contest but it keeps telling my photos are too flippen large.

Open Paint on MS and click Resize, then scale by %

there are lots of web tools that do this as well. like https://hnet.com/ - just do a search for online photo editing

It is even easier if using Windows (probably a similar tool with Apple). If you double click on the photo and it is open in the Native Microsoft viewer (no name for the program - I clicked on the photo in windows file explorer). At the upper right hand corner of the picture there are 3 dots . . . . Left click on the dots and chose the Resize button from the pop down menu. I chose the small option. This will resize it to about 200-300k. That looks just fine on the screen. I do a save as to keep the original larger picture in case I want to use photo shop on it in the future.

I do not know what size it will show up on your monitor, but the file size goes from 4 to 5 mgs to 200-300 k. You could play with it and see if you want the Medium size.
