@Circle. Ehhhh... I can't unsee that now. I hate you.
Here's a couple more that made me love music as soon as heard them in my youth
Mom had control of the radio back then, but a few months later my brothers and I pooled our blue stamps --- remember those --- and got a nice radio to share ...
What got me interested in dancing
Dancing in our socks in the Kitchen so that we could slide like Michael
My memory of my first school dances
Hardcore Whiteboy Funk
Oz never did give nothing to the Tin Man --- that didn't (didn't) already have ...
And after nine days I let the horse run free
'Cause the desert had turned to sea
There were plants and birds and rocks and things
There was sand and hills and rings
The ocean is a desert with its life underground
And a perfect disguise above
Under the cities lies a heart made of ground
But the humans will give no love
When I learned what a Guitar Riff was

Not sure if you guys have heard this…Elton John and Dua Lipa released a new song called Cold Heart (linked) that is actually four old Elton John songs mixed into one with an electronic beat. I love it.
Here you go bro
Awesome for sure
Dua Lipa alone is just fucking hot to look at
The moment that I heard : One of these nights by The Eagles
It was my favorite song and will always be
I've been searching for the daughter of the Devil himself
I've searching for an Angel in white
I've been waiting for a woman who's a little of both
Yeah I can feel her but she's nowhere in sight
If you have never seen the James Cordon and Elton John --- Carpool Karaoke --- Here it is and enjoy its awesomeness
Loved R&B from the get go...
Pretty much loved everything that you could feel that the song was alive
When these four songs hit the airwaves --- the vocalist in me came alive
Marvin Gaye
Al Wilson
Teddy --- No last name needed
Al Green
I got the LED out the first time that I heard Led Zeppelin
I can't begin to tell you how many albums we went through on the LZ 2 album --- probably 6 or 7 over 12 years...
Loved Lenny Kravitz serenading Led Zeppelin --- Robert Plant, Jimmy Page, John Paul Jones, RIP - John Bonham ...
Ann & Nancy Wilson just killed it with this version of Stairway to Heaven
Peter Gabriel ft. Paula Cole - Don't Give Up - Secret World Live

I was totally hooked into pop music growing up. I can remember events in time based on when certain songs/albums hit the airwaves.
I remember KHJ and Charlie Tuna. KEZY 1190 AM and eventually Rick Dees on KKDJ .
My first recollection of Led Zeppelin was when the Immigrant Song had AM airplay.
The first time a song really grabbed me by the ears was Nov '71 exploring rock stations on my dad's stereo with headphones on. Stairway to heaven starts playing and I was mesmerized.
My older sisters were into a few great records...
Goodbye Yellow Brick Road, Tapestry by Carol King, and Bridge over troubled water.
A few others later on... Boston, "More than a feeling"
Getting Hotel California and locking myself in my room to listen.
Later on after I was playing guitar and starting to dabble with the piano I started listening to Jazz and liked Pat Metheny. A lot...
The next time music really grabbed me by the ears was when I heard "September 15th" which was a tribute to Bill Evans.

@ NickSGV
We'll get you up to speed on embedding videos soon bro
And for Mr Jackrabbit
KHJ 93 AM was the first radio station of my cognitive memory ...
I remember thinking that Wolfman Jack was so fucking cool, and KHJ always played the Monster Mash, which as a kid was such a cool song as well
I don't remember precisely... It could have been a first boner moment --- Could have been Raquel Welch though --- but for sure Cher and Half Breed used to get me hard as a rock

Let's try that again
Who's hotter : Cher or Raquel Welch ?
Raquel Welch for me, but Cher was hot too
Around 1977 --- Disco got a ton of air play .... It kind of took over for a bit...
Two songs that I still dig even today
KHJ.
Let’s see: Charlie Tuna, J.P. Morgan, Sam Riddle, and The Real Don Steel.
I remember hearing Donovan’s Mellow Yellow, while fixing some dings, on my buddies boards (a sideline business I had) working with poly ester resin and acetone, in a poorly ventilated garage and hearing Mellow Yellow…really got to me.
This is the best version of Benny and the Jets.
Summer Breeze makes me feel fine... Blowing through the Jasmine in my mind
@ Zeros
Ohhhh... That was painful on the ears, but funny to hear someone sing so bad...
Linda Ronstadt --- Was not only beautiful but that voice pulled off --- Ooh Baby Baby --- with a voice of pure silk
I think this was also my first slow jam dance with a hot young lady
Another slow jam that was always playing on the radio, played at every dance, still a great slow jam today --- almost 50 years later
Often imitated --- Never duplicated
The original and the best ever version
I loved KHJ it was my second favorite station after KGFJ.
93-KHJ memories. Charlie Tuna and Machine Gun Kelly were my go-to late 70's DJ's until I discovered KMET (too many to name, but Jim Ladd was the stand out for me), and later KROQ (Jed the Fish, Rodney, Richard Blade, etc.).
Airmobile, Lamar and Randy --- All great memories, and the DJ's were just the best back then... They all brought their unique personalities and their shows were their own and they seemingly had all creative control... KHJ was very special and I'm glad that I was exposed to it at a very young age
Brings back more memories than a K-Tel Record.
Spammer, not for you!
First album I ever bought, learned how awesome headphones are:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V9Yq5m9eLIQ
The MIGHTY MET
Remember the fish report?
Flash911 --- Frampton
Jackrabbit --- I used to wonder what KMET 's budget for bumper stickers was
They were everywhere, and sometimes you can still see one
There's a dude in the NFL (Bears?) whose last name is Kmet. Cracks me up every time I see it.
And then came that new sound --- that new wave
We had a neighbor who was a little older than us, but he introduced us to Carlos Santana
The Clash played the bar of my college when I was about 20 and came to our digs to party afterwards. We went dressed Ne Romantic / Adam Ant style just to piss everyone else off. Dexy's, Joy Division, Big Country, U2, The Jam. Then Tears for fears, Radiohead and Simple Minds etc. the 80's were a great era.
Nick
Just one of the best songs ever
Yeah I still can't embed a video but if there's one song that sums up college years for me it has to be RELAX....
Another great song choice Nick
And to finish it off
