Question is - How many times did phizer and the fda cover up side effects that other people reported?

Considering Pfizer is one of the most fined drug companies. Skys the limit of their untruths.
And our brilliant FDA is hands off when it comes to verifying data that any drug company submits. Not to mention the one side of the FDA accepts donations from said drug company.
