My approach is simple. We each decide what we want to do about vaccination, using our own research and consultation with our medical provider.
But we don't need Big Brother mandating we take this shot or that shot. We live with our decisions every day. You take a shower or bath knowing fully that people do die in showers or bath tubs (one person dies every day from a shower or tub accident). You get on the road and drive to work, knowing that over 100 Americans die from motor vehicle accidents each day. We all walk in our places of work and at home, knowing that over 100 people die from slips and falls at home or at work every day.
Heck 180 people die every day from accidental poisoning. 10 people die every day of unintentional drowning, but we still swim and boat.
Life is full of risks and we need to understand and manage those risks. But we don't need government to butt in.

But Big Brother mandated those for entry into school and those vaccines had been around for decades to know long term effects. They didn't just pop onto the scene and were mandated. The current MMR has been around since 1971.

And interestingly....those vaccines actually WORK. Contracting measles when vaccinated is very unlikely. After the second dose of MMR, 97% of people are fully immune.

this part is pure spin and i have heard other people say this and find it very harmful.
lets say person A who is vaxxed pass the infection to person B who is not vaxxed and person B dies, is person A liable? A passed the virus, or is person B liable as he didnt take the vaxx?
what if B pass the vaxx to A?
well the A is vaxxed and has a lot less chance of death due to their vaxx - so no real damage done right?
In either case there is no blame to the unvax person B - the potential harm he does is only to himself and not to others.
so why does Spanners type people keep bringing this up "YOU ARE PUTTING OTHER PEOPLE AT RISK".
What is this line of thinking called and where does it come from?
this is how life works, we all make decisions every day, with risk and rewards, rarely do we include circumstantial potential actions or re-actions against other people.
In fact if you do anything, there is a re-action. Everything we do has a re-action, its physical law and if you were to take on this philosophy, you'd have to stay home and do absolutely nothing.

Everyone agrees that you and those in contact with you (anyone who can tolerate your presence are likely just as dumb as you) get Covid. Since you believe the vaccinated are wrong for taking precautions, please don't go to the hospital if you're sick. Stick to your guns and suffer at home. Maybe drink some piss, which is the latest suggestion of the chronically moronic anti-vaxxers.
Covid is becoming a laxative for society....forcefully flushing idiots among us into the toilet.
There is no need for more discussion about vaccines. No one cares about you anymore. Isn't that what you want to hear?

Didn't you suffer a lot from contracting Covid? Shouldn't you be one of the first to recommend getting vaccinated?
To answer your question of liability, if you too adequate precautions and you still contracted Covid and spread it to others, then there is absolutely no liability.
But let's say that you are unvaccinated, know that you have Covid or were hanging around those who were infected and knew that you probably have Covid but are asymptomatic and you went to a nursing home or a party with people of various ages and knew some had health conditions and some of those people get sick, then the unvaccinated should be liable.
And since the vaccinated can also spread Covid and they knowingly congregated with others who are at risk and a person or people die, the vaccinated should also be liable.
Here's another hypothetical: if 100 people go to a hospital sick with Covid, 95 of them are vaccinated and 5 are unvaccinated and there are only 96 available beds, isn't it fair that 4 of the unvaccinated patients should be refused treatment?
If you don't take precautions, you shouldn't be given preferential treatment. Since you stuck by your guns and didn't take the vaccine, you should expect treatment over someone who did take precautions if you fall ill. Isn't that fair?

yes i had covid in june and was unvaxxed, in the aftermath i decided for myself that wanted a vaxx so i got vaxxed. the science i looked at showed i'd be better off also getting vaxxed.
its me making decisions for me only.
do i recommend vaccine, yes for me i recommend it - for my kids, maybe not, they are very healthy and young. if they spread it, then hopefully those who become infected has taken their decision on how to protect themselves.
in your analogy - what if the four who were vaxxed also were morbidly fat and had severe diabetes - how does the chips fall now? maybe according to your analogy they should all be denied care.

Doctors are instructed to save those who have the highest likelihood of survival. But all things being equal, they should save the vaxxed before the unvaxxed.
Did you hear about the nurse who had to take off from work and isolate herself because the family of an unvaccinated patient who died spit in her face in the parking lot while she was going back to her car?
@ Lapierre I hear of stories like yours all the time. You know that getting vaccinated is the right choice in almost all cases, yet you argue that it's a person's choice whether to get vaccinated or not. No one is going to hold someone down and get vaccinated against his or her will. But also don't complain if you are required to get tested to fly, to go to work as a heathcare worker, etc.
Again, stop spreading misinformation about the vaccines. No one said that they are perfect. You'll need to get multiple shots and will likely need to get regular boosters. You can still get infected, but the infections will be minor compared to those who are unvaccinated. The vaccines are just the best option we have at this point.
And unless you enjoy drinking piss, or bleach, or using horse treatments, etc., stop trying to come up with ineffective and unsafe treatments. Suck it up and get vaccinated already or keep your fucking mouths shut.
No one cares about you anymore if you're adamant about being unvaccinated. Isn't that what you want to hear?

I LOVE IT. There still trying to defend the vaccine, now there saying, well you can get it ,and you can spread it. But IT REDUCES HOSPITALIZATION. That not what they said, it stop transmission and stop you from getting it.
I know plenty of people who got it and recovered it off without a vaccine. Just need Ivermectin.
And if what you covidiots saying is true, that it at least helps with hopsitalization. What about Israel and UK.
Hospitals there are 70-80% full of full vaccinated people, some of whom had 3 shoots, that why there on THE 4TH BOOSTER.

So wait a minute. Is getting ineffective jab after jab after jab a ticket to some show? Are you saying that if a triple or quadruple jabbed person gets sick and needs medical professionals to save their life, they get a free pass, while an unjabbed or underjabbed person has to die in the street? Furthermore, even if you are quadruple jabbed in New York, contract the virus, become critical, and required lifesaving treatments like monoclonal antibodies, there's another pecking order. If you are vaccinated, you are about as 'protected' as you can be, unless you want to live in a bunker and have no contact with the outside world. Wear your triple N95 mask, keep 100 feet away from the rest of the world, and you will be good. Or maybe you should just stop breathing those particulates in the air.
You smoke, and I have to breath your second hand smoke. You fart and I have to breath your smelly ass gas. You don't maintain your vehicle and your blown out tire flies up and damages my windshield. You use too much water and I have to ration. You use too much electricity and I have a rolling blackout. You don't pay your tax bill so I get stuck with paying more. I made the choice to vaccinate and don't want my government telling me what to do. I agree with this vaccination for MY situation regarding age and effectiveness, but what if Joey B decides that we must all get a weekly flu vaccination? All the testing in the world does little to solve the basic problem. Trump actually understood we needed vaccines and therapeutics to fight the virus.
