What's not pointed out in the story is that while they had some break-through infections, nobody is especially sick or dead.
It's great that they are vaccinated and the vaccines work as they are supposed to.
Remember that!
There's a big difference between a break-through infection where you might have mild symptoms vs. being unvaccinated and having to be med-evac'd for treatment or being dead.

All cases were mild and they've all recovered. How many of them would have had severe illness or worse yet died had they been unvaccinated? This article only further proves the necessity of vaccines.
On the contrary, we have anti-vax MAGA turds dying left and right of covid. Take Doug Kuzma for example. In his last youtube upload he said he'll be taking hydroxychloroquine for treatment. How did that work out? He's dead.

Does the article really prove anything except they got covid in spite of being jabbed? The question remains were they healthy individuals with no pre existing health issues? If yes, then it's highly likely they would have recovered from covid without needing to be jabbed.
If 75 percent of the "covid deaths" in the US occurred in people with at least 4 comorbidities, then the death toll tells a much different story than the media has been leading us on with.

That's not what the CDC study found. You're leaving out one big detail which is that the study included fully vaccinated people only. It did not include the unvaccinated. This study is just one of many that proves the vaccine is most effective measure available at preventing serious illness and death. The study found that amongst fully vaccinated people, death was rare at 0.0033%.
Where do you get your news from? It's very ironic that you say "the media" has been misleading you yet you're regurgitating a lie that's being spread around right-wing circles. It's pretty clear who is actually misleading you.

1. There are lets say 1 million people reported to be dead from Covid.
2. The average age of death from covid is 76 years old.
3. In this group 95% of this age group is FULLY VACCINATED.
4. The CDC Director said: 75% of deaths are b/c of co morbities....of which they had 4 of them.
This PROVES my point. The VAST majority of deaths were from co morbities even though 95% of all deaths people were FULLY vaccinated.
Conclusions
1. This is NOT a pandemic.....its no more worse than normal cold n flu season.
2. Vaccines did NOT stop people from getting covid.

There is no mention in any way that the "75% of deaths" is comprised of only unvaccinated people.
The "fact check" you post is not even clear on what is try to refute or support.
Nothing in what she said could lead anyone to believe that.

My comment didn't use logic nor was I trying to play a game of semantics. I simply repeated what the CDC study found. Here I'll break it down for you:
-The study was comprised of 1,228,664 fully vaccinated people
-Of that group, 0.015% had severe outcomes. Those with severe outcomes had at least 1 risk factor
-Death was rare at 0.0033% and 77.8% of those that died had at least 4 risk factors
-Risk factors include aged 65 and over, immunocompromised, and other underlying conditions
To summarize, 189 out of 1,228,664 fully vaccinated people developed severe outcomes and 36 out of 1,228,664 fully vaccinated people died. Of those 36 that died, 28 of them had 4 or more risk factors.
This study, yet again, proves how effective the vaccine is at preventing serious illness and death.

'Results: A total of 39,451 COVID-19 deaths were identified from four States that had comorbidity data, including Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, and New York. 92.8% of the COVID-19 deaths were associated with a pre-existing comorbidity. The risk of mortality associated with at least one comorbidity combined was 1113 times higher than that with no comorbidity.'
Regardless of whether Walensky misspoke or combined two different data points, this has been clear since the beginning. Understand that these numbers are based on confirmed positive tests. If we were to do a full scale seroprevalence population test, low estimates are that it would show that actual infections are three to four times higher than documented infections. If you factor that in with CDC, NIH, and WHO data concerning covid19 deaths, you'll find that risk of death to a relatively healthy person is virtually zero.
If you're on here telling everyone not to get vaccinated, you're wrong and misinformed.
