My guess is you have only rated 130 out of the 280 that have rated you. The site only works if girls give ratings back. Just a guess. Hope you get your account fixed.

The site used to have a hard on for mentioning Only Fans but no longer. And while ANA will prevent you from issuing more network connections, doesn’t have anything to do with a restricted profile. If you had a deactivated profile, you wouldn’t even be able to post.
I would suggest sending in a support ticket asking why your profile was restricted. They won’t tell you why but they will look at your profile to see if what you wrote meets the level of profile restriction. Or you can just delete everything in it and then they ask them to review.

The guys that are on the site cannot restrict your profile. Only HX can do that. They do it because something in your profile or Classified post is violating their rules. HX will still allow you to post another classified since you will pay for it. If they do not like the new classified they will then delete it again. That is why it was suggested by ColossusJones you ask the site.
The community can vote to delete a blog (which more than likely violates the Terms of Service (TOS)) since that could draw the wrong attention especially if it is in the Random Public Areas.
Now if you are saying things that should not be said due to TOS then the community can vote to Mute a person or to even Remove that profile (they did something really bad to the community that is a danger). More recently the Site made it harder to do either of these actions as it takes a lot of votes for it to happen. Some random guys (even upper level) do not have that much pull.

Mine was deactivated the day I listed my "private social media" on my profile also. This was a week ago, so I am confused because as CJ said, I thought this was no longer an issue. I removed that part only and haven't had any further issue.
