Ultimately it hurts the person catfishing but even the Asian agencies use fake pics.. Hell now and days most girls use filters and it's no different
If a guy does his research he can easily find out if a girl is not the person in the pics. Reference checks, reverse image search and men's clubs will eliminate seeing someone who is using fake pics immediately especially if men step-up and report it. I don't think it would cause any issues other than wasted time because if a girl answers the door and isn't the girl in the picture he probably will just walk away.
I'm not quite sure why people pretend to be others it's so odd to me. Definitely insecurities, hiding from their personal life or, or probably worse... wanting to rob.

There are a lot of Asian agencies on this site now clearly using pictures of women that will not be the person you meet. It's so obvious.

@JR718 i thought this was always the case. After the crack down a few years back there was a flood of those agencies to this site. I hope it does not impact the site in the feature because there are so many with the obvious reps. Sorry, i want to be vague not to directly target anyone.

It's BEYOND frustrating to see! If you feel discretion is something you need, find a way to edit and crop YOUR own photos. But just stealing someone else's in hopes that increases traffic is definitely a eye black to the hobby.
I'm also over these deposit scammers. I'm expected to drive 45+ mins for a date with absolutely no sense of security because scabs think $25-$50 and blocking a legitimate guy is a come up. Ugh. Gross.

Agreed. I think most do it for more subscribers, increase traffic etc.. If any thing it’s a lack of confidence/ self esteem.. pretending to be someone is kind of sick..

It's not only in this community. The swing community has more than its share of using old, outdated, extremely filtered pics being used. Do they think you're not going notice, or mind the pic represents another time or for here, another person? Always be kind, but be confident enough to always say No thank you.

Thank you for letting us know you walked away. You had a meeting with a lady, but you did not network her, so you are not letting anyone know to contact you about that lady, since you did not give her any Red. You spent your time to go and meet her so you made an investment of your time and mileage. She also did not give you any red for walking away (even though she was using false or old photos? If the photos were not even her in younger/better days, then she posted another persons photos without permission.
I checked your Blog from you and you did not post a blog about your experience in a club we both belong to, which is the purpose of that club. If you do not share how will others know?

That's why I said it's important to report it.
If you don't report it then you're allowing it to happen. On the other end for the girls it sucks! Having someone steal your photos is do discouraging
Also to the men who allow their friends to use their pages or use multiple handles to see girls that refuse them. Please stop.

I don't know personally though trust me if I did it would be out there.. there are blogs if you're in certain clubs they've already been outed
I've even heard that there is guy who would let his twin brother use his page but since i don't really know if it's true i won't out his handle yet

I have met several women that look nothing like their pictures, the problem is if you give them a negative review they will ding you so it's counter productive. I get it's not the point of the system but the system is broke and that's how it works.

That’s why I always watermark my pics.. people copy and crop from Instagram all the time.

Bait and switch should be grounds for excommunication or at the very least negative reviews that say why they received the reviews. If I give a woman an envelope with $150 instead of $250 I have misrepresented what I agreed to pay. If a woman uses fake pics or has used face enhancing filters she has misrepresented what men will actually get.
