When I'm in California and have to get to Corona I never take the 91 any way. It's always gridlocked!
I'd rather take 215 if there's not a ton of traffic if there is I'll take Archibald or Milliken - no traffic and much nicer drive. Takes a bit longer but less headaches.

The only thing that will fix the 91 freeway is another freeway through the Cleveland National Forest connecting Murrieta/Temecula to South OC. Which will never happen because of environmentalists which is stupid because of how much emissions could be saved by less miles being driven.
