Your investments in real estate projects are not being affected by lack of supplies, and you do not decide where marketing dollars need to be pulled from and redirected as we have to tell customers that their supplies are delayed due to logistics and pricing, and watch the red line grow as clients move in the overseas vendors who can deliver.

As someone that is currently knee deep in a residential remodel, I can most certainly say that the supply chain fuck ups absolutely are affecting everything from labor to all kinds of building materials.

Romex! Look at the cost of lumber! In Texas the cost of lumber has more then doubled and the cost of a sheet of 1/2" plywood is almost $60!
A remodel that would have cost me around $60k 2 years ago is costing me over $110k now.
