Could be stress or maybe too much of wearing the mask? Idk . It’s driving me nuts. Lol . How do I keep making these innuendos lol

I made an appointment for tomorrow to be tested. Not sure if anything causes acne but. I’m Gonna find out and let the whole community know. Makes me think maybe we could create a “health” club or something. Idk.
Anyways. If it is due to some hater who casted an acne curse on me. I’m onto you!

I was teasing a bit. There are mixed reviews about the benefits and some people are actually allergic to semen.....LOL.

If you feel your skin is oily then you can try benzoyl peroxide. OTC max is 10%. It will bleach your clothes, sheets so know that. Try starting with a low 2.5% and see if you have improvement.

Try to keep your skin clean by being aware of what’s touching it. You’re right in thinking it could be the mask you wear, in addition to touching your face with your hands and even your hair touching your forehead, all of which can cause breakouts.
Cleanse your skin more than twice a day if possible. Exfoliating is also helpful.

Just speaking from my own experience fighting acne over the years, it’s probably a food allergy. In my case it’s gluten, and if I eat too much bread, cookies, tortillas(damnit😭), or pasta it creeps back out. I’m no expert, but it’s my understanding that these allergies can change as your body changes over time as well. I’d start there. Good luck, and fortunately, your beauty radiates beyond a few pimples!

I've found that because of having to wear a mask all the time I have been getting more acne. A friend of mine who is a doctor pointed out a few things.
1. My skin might be drying out more or being irritated by the mask rubbing constantly.
2. I am basically breathing all kinds of germs and bacteria back on to my face.
These two issues could be causing the conditions in my skin that are promoting more acne.

Great news! I’m a-ok! So it wasn’t a disease lol thank goodness. I did however remove these earrings I was wearing and it’s going away. So don’t wear cheap earrings. This is what I’ve learned. . My birthday is this Friday. I need new earrings! That aren’t cheap lol. Jk
