This is a trick question!!!! lol
Would you make an appointment with a trainer, then right before your appointment say, oh, what is this going to cost me?
I know I usually find out how much something costs before I try to buy it.
After all isn't that one of the things internet provides us. A way to shop and compare before we go out and buy?
Or am I doing it wrong?

I have been guilty of assuming the trainer still had the same rates, which then makes for awkward conversation while the trainer is working my back with the loofah.

OK, well that is a little different. At least you knew what the cost was last time you were trained. Your coach should have mentioned the rate hike since you were last at the gym

Perfect-Circle You should have opted for the 55 gal srum of Coconut oil.

you offer that a lot, t seems. Still can not rid yourself of those items?

Sure I take it to the register. Then ask, "How much?" If I don't like the price, I tell them I don't want it.
If you have to ask how much it is you probably can’t afford it.
I’ve done that many times.
