I'm not going to spend my time debating or answering elementary questions that can be researched online. The videos speak for themselves, and there are plenty more that offer much more information. Putin didn't invade Ukraine during Trump's presidency because he didn't have to. He had Trump weakening NATO on his behalf, calling for its dissolution, whining other NATO countries didn't pay their fair share, etc.
Under Trump's leadership, the US withheld previously approved military aid to Ukraine and would've worked to MAKE SURE Ukraine never joined NATO. Under Trump, the US posed no threat to Russia and Putin because Trump was his lackey. All Trump ever did was praise and protect Putin.
Now? All that is gone. He sees an increasingly thriving democracy on his western boarder. One that many Russian citizens have friends and relatives living in. One that provides a contrast to the type of life people have under Putin. Now, Ukraine has the backing of the US and NATO, and they were moving towards joining them as allies.
It's common sense as to why Putin is doing this now. We shouldn't need youtube videos to make it plain. All we need to do is pay attention and understand fact from fiction. But in today's day and age, that proves difficult for many of us.

Trump was directly or indirectly working on Putin’s interests by destabilizing the Western alliances and letting Trump find any excuse to get out of NATO. Trump was causing more damage on his own than if he had coordinated with Putin.
Had spy master Putin made any effort to work with Trump, it would look like Trump was not acting of his own accord.

PS Another outcome that has not been talked about much is how THIS Ukraine /Russia is putting Russia & China in bed together.
Recently Russia n China made a deal. China is to get 30% of ALL natural gas/oil Russia obtains from the Artic. China will own 80% of all the capital equipment that goes into the Artic....basically financing the deal b/c Russia could not do it on their own.
This Admin instead of driving a wedge between them they have pushed them closer together....and even Bidens sanctions leaving Russia out of banking system.
Russia will go to China and have access AND......will stop using the dollar as a reserve currency.
Once other countries adopt the Chinese yuan....or a basket of currencies for oil....its all over for the US. Making transitions in US Dollars is the only way the US can use its economic cloud in a global way.
WHY? Every country needs oil/gas for just about every aspect of their economies.
In about a year....China will invade Taiwan. China is waiting to see how this plays out.....and as I said above....Russia could NOT have done this without China. Thanks Joe....
PPS Trump did tell Putin & Xi he would bomb their respective countries if they invaded. The threat alone stopped each of them from invading other countries.

Putin didnt invade while 45 was in office because...
1) Nordstreim 2 pipeline was sanction as a "no go".
2) Putin knew Trump would back up tough talk with action.

How stupid are YOU. Trump didn't want to get out of NATO. He wanted the other nations to pony up their fair share for their own defense. The dumb shits in France and Germany probably decided to pay more after they thought about what would happen if the U.S. did leave and they had to assume the total tab.
You obviously have never negotiated with people. You always want to negotiate from a position of strength. Trump clearly saw the only way most of the NATO nations would fulfill their obligations was if he clearly called them out and even threatened to abandon them if they didn't do so.
The good news.....many of the NATO nations ARE now spending more on military than before Trump took office, so his gambit did work.

In the past, including Democrat and Republican Presidents, we tried to 'encourage' our NATO allies to pay more. Inside, I am sure they laughed, knowing we were paying the lion share for defense, not them.
Asking 'kindly' obviously did nothing for decades. They needed their cages rattled big time and Trump also warned them of reliance on Russian oil. Bet they are sorry they didn't listen.
