I would say be careful....Lymphatic massage is usually deep tissue. I don't think that deep massage is recommended for Lupus patients.
I've had Deep Tissue and Rolfing. They both hurt a bit but reduce cortisol levels.
Notice: I'm not a doctor but I play one on HX. I also do Taxes.
