I like to write down whatever my mind is processing. For whatever reason that allows me to let it go and get back to sleep. (After I rub one out, of course)

I take melatonin supplement from Liberty Tree! You can google it.
It has 3 ingredients, not just melatonin. Comes as Gummies!

I've tried supplements, vapes & other consumables with some success. What works best for me is exercising before bed, every night.

Strange, but the only way I can fall back asleep is to change sleeping locations...I move from my bedroom to the couch.... works every time.

Enturbulation is not settled. Me 5 mg of Melatonin usually works rarely two. Haven't had to take one in a very long time.

Put the phone down, have some chamomile tea & read a book. Boring but natural way to fall asleep without pills, supplements.

Sometimes a strong cup of coffee will wire me up. The caffeine high is so unpleasant and for me
sleep is impossible. in the past i'd lay in bed and just toss and turn till daylight. Ive accepted the fact
that i wont be sleeping and pick up a guitar and practice. Or i do something productive.

50 mg of diphenhydramine HCl, brand named, Benedryl.
Always knocks me out. 25 mg might, but definitely 50 mg.
It's in a lot of allergy meds, diet capsules, sleep aids. Curb your appetite, help you lose weight, and puts you out. Nice!

I lay down and close my eyes. If it takes more than 90 seconds to fall asleep I tell people I had insomnia.

I'm usually sleep by 8pm which leaves me up at 4am with a full body of energy and wandering mind lol
I feel more energetic as well as peaceful at those hours because mainly all of the outside world is still sleep. I use it to meditate and connect with my inner self since most distractions and noise are at a bare minimum then
But it all else fails I rub one out 2 or three times until I fall back asleep lol
