I have been barricaded in my home for days finally got out. This would be good but I can’t travel the closest store is far and I can’t see my cars they have 6 ft of snow on top of them. I need somebody who has a big truck to come rescue me! I’m out of food and supplies and my pipes are frozen. I’m in blue jay area. So worried for others in the same boat. I want to get out to the shelter too help relief efforts but can’t get there. Anybody else in this situation?

That would be something else to be in a cabin stuck with you for days. I would keep you warm and make sure you were comfortable. Now that would be a dream come true.

@LF
I feel for you! I lived in Jackson Hole for awhile and experienced some of what you are going through. Try to get some local radio stations on line and listen to them. They may have some emergency services available that you can call to provide some water and provisions via snowmobile. Also, if you are friendly with your neighbors be sure to stay in contact with them so you can monitor each other's well being.

No plowing of our street yet. Dig half of one car out on Sunday and it was buried again by Wednesday. No idea when I’ll be able to get out.

I got some supplies. I need someone to come be snowed in with me … I think that would make things much easier.
I have been checking on my neighbors and have offered my assistance shoveling since I am out but a lot of them were prepared since they are long time residents. That is great advice, and I appreciate it!
I hope everyone is ready for when I escape this nightmare, I will be available and traveling to avoid this place for a bit after it’s all over. Lol
