If you take a nap during the day try to keep it to say an hour because it will be restful but not typically get you into a deep sleep which then can throw of you sleep cycle.

My friends literally nicknamed me grandma because I cannot stay up past 9:00 and then I'm up at 4:00 in the morning with 7 hours of sleep and wide awake
Funny when I read the title it made me think of that part in stranger things where the guy kept saying "crissy wake up! I don't like this"

Ask yourself, is there something going on that's enturbulating the mind , like that broken record that keeps playing over and over and you can't shut it off.
Is there depression going on that may cause sleep for more than 8 hours. As it maybe a mechanism for that which is hard to confront in life. Or is the body catching up for the lack of sleep.
We may never know.

thats true love, but all my life i sleep more then 8 hours, and last time i sleep super early and of course i wake up early lol, but i m totally fine, that is normal for me sleep very good, but i just check and this happen to me one time every year.. how weird right? and same month!!! i know that because my facebook... (memories)

sleep is a mysterious thing
but sleeping alot is healthy, it gives body time to recover, rebuild.
more importantly, your brain process bunch stuff during your sleep, it helps to remove worries and anxiety, clear you memory so you can better remember new things and it filters out the bad stuff so mostly you remember good positive things whichs help to set a positive outlook.
sleep is as important to your health as is exercise or a healthy diet etc.
ofcourse sleep, health and exercise goes hand in hand.
