When fishing for Red or Vermilion Snapper what is the best bait to use?

There's alot of dudes here that prefer trouser trout.
Not going to mention any names, but most these dudes belong to the BeeHive.
They have what they call Lunch n Munch. You don't want to know the details, it's pretty sic.

Well here I thought this was about tacos on a Tuesday.
I prefer crispy fried tacos but occasionally a nice soft taco is appropriate.
I think I'll go for the pink tacos today. The vermilion sounds tasty.

Fable and Spirit is a Bib Gourmand MIchelin restaurant.

I have eaten at Wineworks for Everyone and Dublin 4 Gastropub and the food is great. If you are into Irish or English beer, they have several on tap.
