Felony: 6 months
A Misdemeanor: 90 days
B Misdemeanor: 60 days
Violation: 30 days
So, the next date for Trump is Dec 4 outside the 6 month felony time period. I think the safe assumption is that Trump's defense team requested additional time to do discovery and prepare their multiple motions. I'm pretty sure the judge would not violate 30.30 on purpose or through ignorance.
Like I said, what a way to go through life.

The FBI have not arraigned him, it’s NY state.
A LOT of law enforcement people that I know (federal level) are pissed about that, as it calls for dangerous behavior and resistance to lawful investigations.
He may get more lemminsg to follow him, but Trumo is turning law enforcement against him.

These are the MAXIMUM amount of time a prosecutor may take to start the trial, not minimum time to wait, then you assume that Trump's team did something to delay? If DA doesn't start within this time frame, then the indicted can force the DA to commence.
It's not called a Speedy Trial Rights Law for nothing
If they truly follow NY typical timing, the trial might not even be over before the 2028 election!
