But one has to recognize the nice lady has been working hard to fulfill her roll as mayor. Now cmon, say something positive about the new mayor.

I grew up in Orange County but worked in MDR, went to many events at the Forum(You Tube), the old Hollywood Park and have played golf all over from Rancho Park to Brookside....IMO LA County is bigger than any one person can solve, until you drive down the 105 or near the stadium you dont realize the problems LA has. Where are you going to put the homeless, even OC has a huge problem, they just hide it differently, the beach cities have many people living out of their motor homes of fifth wheels

Regional banks have large holdings of commercial property loans.
When properties are vacant and values drops, and enough goes into default the banks will become insolvent.
When the Feds bail them out they will control these properties.
Wonder what they will do with all those properties when there is a homeless crisis?

For LA, I wanted Russo to win. That dude is a cash money brutha. Meaning, it seems like he was going to get LA clean up and jobs created.
