I am pretty much the same. Wake up at 5 am without an alarm clock. Iām an early bird.

moneytrain, that is what happens to me also. I could fall asleep at 2:45 and still wake up by 4/4:30 like whyyyyyyy??? But ill take waking up at ANY time over not waking at all!!
guyinthe805, my caffeine of choice are red bulls (8.4oz only) the larger ones don't seem as fizzy to me. I try to wait til 9 or 10 before I get ahold of them though.

Iām usually awake by 5am or earlier. Love that first cup of coffee

I always go to bed between 11 and midnight.
And usually my body clock gets me up at 5:45 to 6 am.
And I wake up at least once in the middle of the night!
Yes the days of sleeping a full 8 hours have been long gone for many years.

Especially if I travel for work it's an hour before the clock goes off

I only wake up for breakfast, sometimes lunch but always dinner.

I never miss a meal. If all I had to eat was a hot bowl of Kitty, I'd have then strength of 10.

My new job has me get up at 5 or 6. 6 ain't so bad, but 5 is depressing. Finding a place to live where I could sleep at night would make it tolerable in the long run. I hate staying up late, anyways.
